GGuest UserWe booked 2 standard rooms and I asked to update 1 room to deluxe, to get sea view. They said, that I have to update both rooms together and it costs 1000 euros for 5 day and two rooms!!!! And our standard room was witout balcony with view to the jungle (untended garden). Reall disappoitment for paid money. Pool was extreamly cold (ca. 18 degrees and most of guests did not swim).
Room was nice and spacious.
Breakfest was super
Best hotel for sportsmen- a lot of opportunities for trainings.

GGuest UserThere are three floors in the building, there are not many rooms, close to the sea. The toilet in the room has a smell and the price is lower. Hotel parking is less than 20 euros a day, breakfast Western food, can also do something to eat.

MMesude KilincThe hotel is sooooooooo beautiful, clean and with a pool, but its location is far from Lissabona, 25 minutes walking distance. You can go by train. Since I did not prefer Lissabona much, we went to a region called CasCais more often. Just come here knowing that you need to be fluent in English and it makes more sense to rent a car. Taxis are expensive. Choose an Uber taxi. Seeing Must-see places: Cascais Sintra. Definitely go to the beach, the beach, the sea, it's sooooooooo beautiful. CasCais is a restaurant in Iran. It's amazing. CasCais is an elite place. You can see the difference between Lissabon and the hotel. Breakfast at the hotel. If you choose the wonderful, friendly Londres Hotel, you won't regret it. It's sooooooooo ideal for children. It's a problem-free spotless hotel. CasCais is sooooooooo close. If you choose Uber taxi, you can go to CasCais without paying too much, we went for 5 euros. GGuest UserO Hotel está muito bem localizado, bem arrumado e os quartos são de um tamanho ótimo.
O pequeno almoço está bom para o conceito de um boutique hotel.
Apenas dou 4 na limpeza, não é porque o quarto não estava limpo, ele estava bem limpo, mas apanhei alguns bicharocos a passearem, como uma lesma e uma aranha com tamanho simpático que era residente no wc.
Mas adorei e voltarei 🥂

GGuest UserOur three-day stay at the hotel is over. It's not a bad hotel, with its pros: proximity to the ocean, a pool, and a hammam. Cons: one 0.5 bottle of water per two for three days... and towels not changed.
The girl who checked us in was unprofessional: she sighed when we asked questions about the hotel.
Overall: the hotel is average.

EELI SAULWe loved the hotel despite not being so close to anything, to go anywhere you had to take the car.
The facilities were in perfect condition, the bed was very comfortable, the room was clean, ours had a balcony overlooking the street.
The breakfast staff were charming and very friendly.
The reception staff was apathetic, unhelpful, the two girls who attended to us when we arrived didn't even look at us and the one at check-out acted as if we had never been to the hotel.
I asked if it was possible to borrow a cooler to put a bottle of champagne in because it was my anniversary and the immediate answer was no and there was no chance of getting one.
Easy parking in the area, without paying.
The rest was fine.
