It is possible to use the park of the residence equipped with a 10 m x 5 m above ground swimming pool, a 6-seater Jacuzzi among the olive trees, a solarium with umbrellas, sunbeds and sofas. It is the perfect place to visit Umbria as it is central. Just 10 minutes by car you can reach Assisi and Perugia and in 15-20 minutes you can reach the most beautiful villages in Umbria (Spello, Bevagna, Foligno, Montefalco, Trevi, Lake Trasimeno, Montone etc).
