Villa Bellona has four bedrooms, all for two people with built-in wardrobes and can accommodate up to eight guests. The villa has an outdoor parking space for three cars at street level. When you enter the house you are surrounded by light that comes from everywhere. When you enter the hall you immediately have the opportunity to view the living room downstairs, the terrace, the fantastic view and the surroundings. This is a modern, contemporary style villa that has a wonderful esign. It belongs in the pages of Architectural Digest. The villa has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a guest toilet. The house can sleep 6 in total not counting children that sleep in cots. The house has an infinity pool 10 meters long by 4.5 meters wide. The infinity pool has black mosaic tile so the colour of the water blends with the sea. The effect is amazing. The pool has an automatic cover that is solar so the cover can heat the pool on its own. Not only is this good for the environment, it is also good for one´s economy as there is no extra cost to heat the pool. There is however a heat pump as a back up, so that a temperature of up to 30 degrees can be guaranteed, if you would like more than just the heating received from the solar cover. The pool has built-in steps and is illuminated as well. The layout of the house is as follows. At road level there is off road parking for several cars.
