"The location is great, about 10 minutes by taxi from the airport. There is a McDonald's 30 seconds walk from the hotel and a small supermarket 2 minutes away, so it was convenient. There was a sign in the room saying to use the shower only a little at a time, and although I tried to be careful, the room still got flooded. I was also bothered by the small dead insects in the room. However, it was cheap and I was satisfied overall."

Sharm Dreams Resort occupies an enviable position with the Bays attractions and facilities on the doorstep.
"I book this hotel for my boss. It is non refundable but I tried to modify the booking anyway. Because my boss changed his plan right after I booked the hotel. I book for 3 nights, but my boss stayed for 2 nights.
Trip officer has tried all possible ways to contact the hotel (emails and calls), but this hotel is so difficult to contact. Almost impossible.
When my boss was on the spot in the reception, the hotel reception said the modify is accepted and we only have to pay for 2 nights. But I was charged for 3 nights anyway."

"swissotel is a very nice and enjoyable resort to stay in the middle level. The resort offers all-inclusive services including meals, parties and internal transfers throughout the day (semi-regular). There is an activity for children suitable for all ages. There are indoor swimming pools for all activities and also water games of a reasonable level that need maintenance and development. There is a means of transportation to the resort's private beach and also barbecue parties near the sea and internal parties daily. The quality of the food is high and the service is very high. The reception workers are respectful and very friendly. The quality of the rooms is not befitting the resort and needs to be developed significantly. The room services are good and the workers are good. There is a negative point and unfortunately it is repeated and I hope it will be solved, which is the delay of the golf cart for internal transfers for long periods even by calling the reception several times. I hope in particular that it will be solved because it is very important in emergency cases and for people with chronic diseases and the elderly. Thank you for your services"

The breakfast is noisy, crowded, bad taste and chaotic. The waiter helped to serve the meal, but his attitude was not good.

The hotel has its own beach, but it closes at 5 and no entry is allowed. If you want to take a walk on the beach in the sunset, don't even think about it.

The overall occupancy experience is average, and the same price is far less than Novotel. But the location is very convenient for eating and shopping around Naama Commercial Street. The hotel's own restaurant is more affordable. It's a free restaurant inside, not very good."

"An ordinary hotel, average, but not worth the money. Definitely not worth 5*. This hotel is 4* at most. Old furniture, cracked tiles, something doesn't work, the food gets boring on the third day. Juices are chemicals, natural ones - rarely.
Not worth the money, it's a long walk to the sea through another hotel, and even there the beach is for 3 hotels, there are never enough sun loungers. The territory is small, basically a well in the yard is the whole territory.
I would definitely not come back a second time.
Ps. Once I saw a guy in the canteen wiping dirt off clean mugs with his finger, who was standing at the counter, since then we only drank from paper cups"

"This hotel is located 10-15min from Naama beach. Some guests told me later that it has a private beach, however noone from the stuff told me about it. There is a big swimming pool and entertainment for children outside. The rooms are average, the place can use a renovation. Two small bottles of water in the room, while tap water is not drinkable. Big minus - blankets without case and with unpleasant surface like in cheap hostel. Please improve that!
Right on the check-in the reception told me (not really asked) to buy stuff for him in a duty-free shop with money he was about to give me.l and was upset when I didn't. It should be clear here who is working for whom, but apparently in this hotel it is not.
Week internet in the room and even the lobby, disappiaring sometimes entirely. And when you need to enter a user name and password again in a pop-up window when connecting to the wifi."

GGuest UserThis was, without a doubt, the best hotel resort we've ever stayed at. From the moment we were greeted at the airport to the moment we left, every detail exceeded our expectations. I initially chose this hotel for its aesthetic, but it was even more stunning in person than the photos could ever capture. Every part of the hotel was immaculate, and our room was spotless every day. The resort is breathtakingly beautiful, with endless photo-worthy spots—from the beach to the pool to the restaurants. It’s truly one of the most beautiful hotels we’ve ever seen.
What really sets this hotel apart is the staff. From the very first moment we arrived, every single team member went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. We were greeted with refreshing welcome drinks and offered lunch while we waited for our room. When we got to our room, we had an incredible view of both the pool and the beach—such a beautiful spot to relax.
The staff at the restaurants were warm, friendly, and always made sure we were well taken care of. They remembered our drink preferences and were always genuinely excited to see us when we arrived. The team at the pool and beach bars went out of their way to make our experience even better, offering special drinks and assisting us whenever needed. It felt like they anticipated our needs before we even said a word, and that level of attention to detail truly made our stay memorable.
One example that really stood out: I started to get a sore throat during our stay, and the staff at the buffet immediately made me a hot drink with ginger, lemon, and mint. They even sent some to our room for later. The next day, when we went to the pool, they already had my hot drink ready for me. Little gestures like this made all the difference and showed how much the staff cares.
We became friends with the staff and were genuinely sad to leave them. They were not only incredibly professional but also seemed like real friends by the end of our stay. They truly go above and beyond to ensure every guest has a perfect experience, and I sincerely hope they are well-compensated for their hard work.
The resort has a laid-back vibe, with a blend of club music and a relaxed atmosphere. If you're looking for a place to unwind and relax, this is the perfect spot. There are friendly staff members who offer massages and facials, but they are never pushy—just there if you’re interested.
As for the food, it was outstanding. The buffet had a wide variety of options that changed every night with different themes, and each dish was delicious. We also dined at one of the specialty restaurants for a night, and the food there was equally impressive.
I can’t recommend this resort enough. It's hands down my favorite hotel, and I’m already looking forward to coming back when I return to Sharm. If you’re looking for top-tier service, a stunning setting, and an unforgettable experience, this is the place to stay!

HHazira izharWhite hills resort is astonishing. The view, the room, restaurant is superb. I dont need to review much. Just enjoy my camera roll from the resort. The only thing i want to highlight is their service. All staff are doing a good job, they are so passionate to serve the guests. Shoutout to my butler Mahmoud, he is amazing. He will be ready at your door whenever you need anything. I love the professionalism, the energy and enthusiasm in his work. And to Louerla, what a nice lady you are. Keep that sincere smile. Because there are many people traveling and we are not price sensitive, we chose this one because it is the best value for money. What is surprising is that the first day of our stay was New Year's Eve. Although we did not have any requirements for Egyptian food, after all, we are too deeply influenced by Middle Eastern cuisine, which is all hell-level anyway, the hotel executives encountered Chinese guests all over the hotel on New Year's Eve and wanted to prepare a New Year's Eve cocktail party for everyone. Although there were only a dozen Chinese people in the end, they still prepared the cocktail party very carefully, which was very touching. The surprise was that the coastline of the hotel was very beautiful.

GGuest UserTotally enjoyed my 4 night stay. Staff were super helpful and friendly. Nothing too much trouble. Lots of places to relax and enjoy the sun or shade. Spa staff were so friendly and offered deals to suit. Food was delicious considering such a big hotel the flavours were not compromised at all.

The lifeguard is very responsible and pays attention to every child, which makes people feel at ease. All the waiters are also very proactive. Fathalla cleans very cleanly and keeps the guest rooms very clean every day. This hotel is highly recommended and is a good choice for vacation.
Our room type includes three meals. We go to the buffet every day. I am very happy that I don’t have to worry about ordering. The hotel also has a shuttle bus to and from the hotel. If you don’t want to walk, you can take a bus.

The resort was beautiful, the service was great, and the food consistently excellent. The room was clean, and the resort itself was fine. Whether lounging by the pool or exploring the beach, everything felt curated and wonderfully maintained.
Special thanks to Mr. Atif , the restaurant manager, whose attention to detail and genuine hospitality truly elevated the dining experience.
Also, a big appreciation to Mr. Arafah, the talented pie master for his freshly baked pies were a highlight of each day!

AAngela ukHotel was nice, very busy, walk across the road to use the beach if sister hotel., small. bar on the beach for users of this hotel also.
Rooms big, mine smelt bad bathroom for first day, but this was dealt with second day and was fine.
2 nice swimming pools grounds very clean.
only problem. I found for such a big hotel, one restaurant for food breakfast lunch dinner, just too busy, but the staff worked very hard non - stop to keep the tables moving after guests had left, in fact all the staff everywhere even reception, it's very busy, but all worked really hard and we're very polite and helpful.
The wine was awful very watered down, the food was not the best breakfast was excellent though, and for the price of hotel I would expect better. I was there at Eid so possibly it's normally better but it was soooo busy in the dining hall.

ММарина Ц.We booked this hotel for my mother. We stayed at this hotel for the second time. She really liked it. The hotel is right on the seashore, a leisurely 2-minute walk to the beach. Great location, crystal clear sea, spacious rooms, good food too. Many thanks to Mohamed at the reception! He gave my mother a great room! If you are going to stay in Naama Bay, this hotel is the best choice for us. We will definitely come back again!
