"Der Service im Hotel war sehr gut, kleine Probleme wurden sofort gelöst bzw. behoben. Die Ausstattung des Apartments ist prima, besonders die Fußbodenheizung im Bad. Das Frühstück im gemütlichen Restaurant war vielfältig, abwechselungsreich und sehr geschmackvoll. Eine gute Idee ist das am Restaurant angrenzende Spielzimmer für die Kleinen, bzw. der an die Terrasse des Restaurants angrenzende Spielplatz. Große Begeisterung lösten die Nutzung des schönen Schwimmbades sowie die Möglichkeit des Tischtennisspielens im Haupthaus aus. Auch das morgendliche Infoblatt zu Veranstaltungen auf der Insel Usedom war sehr von Nutzen.
Sehr begrüßen würden wir, wenn auch ein Abendessen im Restaurant angeboten würde.
Zügiger sollte an der Bereitstellung von Wlan in den Apartments gearbeitet werden.
Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und werden gern wiederkommen."
