Free Parking on property, washing machine and outdoor grill.We've created a small community of homes around a central pool and rancho in Lagartillo. The property has easy access to the beach path. Lagartillo is between the popular Avellanas and Playa Negra, perfect location for surfers wanting nearby surf, or Lagartillo itself is a great local family spot for kids, it's known locally as a calmer beach for families. This is a container home.We have a pick up truck with benches in the back to Avellanas twice daily for guests. 9:30am and 2pm.
