"The hotel is quite good, maybe a little bit lacking compared to Radisson in other countries, but it was the best hotel in Brazil (even though I stayed in a 5-star Hilton hotel, for example). As a traveller, it's necessary to accept that it is Brazil and not to accept the hotel to be super good.
What I liked: the willingness of staff to help, the variety of breakfast—different coffee machines + teas + a lot of powder hot drinks. Hotel was quite clean and close to Paulista Avenue.
What I didn't like: staff didn't speak that much English, and the furniture seems quite old. Breakfast: there was no variety in terms of hot food (but there was a chef who cooked the eggs) and not so many ”healthy” options like yoghurt (only drinking yoghurt) and salads."
