Beautiful weather, mountains, delicious food - this is how holidays should be spent! The rooms are ok, modestly decorated but well-kept, clean and the bed is very comfortable. The water park turned out to be a nice surprise, I recommend the sauna and jacuzzi after long mountain walks. Food - delicious and tastes like home! Very large selection! We will definitely come back.

The trip was intended for skiing, but unfortunately the weather was bad and we were met by the Jizera Mountains, nearby attractions and the hotel itself. If the weather is bad, you can always "waste time" in the hotel at the swimming pool, gym, bar games (pinball, billiards, etc.) or visiting nearby attractions that are really close to the hotel. Overall impressions were very good. Rating: 1. Rooms - 4 (clean, but refreshing would not hurt. The arrangement of beds was probably forced because there is not much space to move in a room for 4 people. 2. Service - 5 (hardworking and very nice and helpful) 3. Meals - 6 (excellent, I have never seen such a wide selection. Incredibly large selection for breakfast and lunch/dinner) 4. Attractions - 4.5 (basically a swimming pool, gym, saunas, salt chambers + games, nothing to complain about class of the hotel. The problem here are more tourists who should know that appropriate behavior should be observed in certain sectors, etc.) Summary: If I came back from the holidays satisfied and with nice memories, it means that it was worth it (despite the bad weather)

Hotel zasługuje na więcej niż 3*, ale to chyba jedynie z winy pokoi, które są dość skromne, ale dość czyste i wyposażone w niezbędne w podróży przedmioty. Głównym atutem jest park wodny. Z przykrością muszę stwierdzić, że był to najgorszy pobyt w górach jaki kiedykolwiek przeżyliśmy. Pobyt dla 3 osobowej rodziny kosztował nas ponad 5 000 zł na 4 noce. Nie zostaliśmy poinformowani o żadnych dodatkowych kosztach takich jak : szlafrok hotelowy - jego opłata została naliczona automatycznie za sztukę 30 zł o czym dowiedzieliśmy się dopiero regulując rachunek przy wymeldowaniu. Barbarzyńsko drogi parking o którego koszcie również nikt nie wspomniał przy meldunku. Śmierdzący zgnilizną pokój. Byliśmy z czteroletnim dzieckiem, które codziennie pytało dlaczego w naszym pokoju śmierdzi moczem. Nieszczelne okna, w nocy nie dało się spać przez silny wiatr. Posiłki bardzo niskiej jakości. Rosół to raczej woda a nie zupa dla dziecka. Obsługa na recepcji opryskliwa nie chciała nam w żaden sposób pomóc ani wytłumaczyć zaistaniłych powyższych sytuacji. Żadnej rekompensaty! Podsumowując jesteśmy ogromnie rozczarowani i zawiedzeni, już nigdy nie odwiedzimy tej grupy hotelowej. Jak z resztą grupa innych osób, których zdołaliśmy poznać w hotelu. Stosunek jakość do ceny - 0 !
