This is a great place to stay! Beautifully appointed, cosy rooms (and bathrooms!). Quiet, spectacular scenery. And very helpful, accommodating hosts! Wish we could've stayed longer, but this was just perfect for an overnight stop. Highly recommend.

What a gem of a place ! Perfect setting, beautifully decorated cottages and all the personal little touches are just wonderful. The hosts, Nicolene and her mom, are amazing and helpful and kind ! We loved the Kolkol hot tub too ! A real gem in Swellendam!!

It was my second week of staying at Mountain View Swellendam. It was good stay, comfortable, clean, safe and near everything I needed to be. The host Vera was very helpful if I needed anything. I would recommend the place to anyone.

If I had to make a month long stay in Swellendam would definitely go for it. However it will be good if the AC can provide heating facility.

Touch of detail everywhere. All your needs are met. Enough towels. Toiletries plus little extras. Filter coffee and homemade rusks. Lovely garden and pool. Smooth check in and out. Professional and friendly sraff. Highly recommended. Thank you We thoroughly enjoyed it.🫶
