The staff was the most pleasant staff that I have ever experienced with a stay in Sweetwater. The breakfast was a nice touch and tasty.

Stayed one night here as I was traveling through. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The room was small with cheap furnishings but clean. My room was facing the interstate so the was quite a bit of truck noise. (The other side faces a truck stop so not sure that would be better). Left before breakfast

This was a higher class room. Luxurious and comfortable. It had an International hotel luxury feel.

Good stay. Check in went well. Employee could have been a little more friendly . Room clean and beds were comfortable . Breakfast lady and checkout personnel very friendly.

Check in person not very warm at all.
Housekeeping and breakfast person were great. Left an article of clothing came back later that day no where to be found!

Staff were nice. I stayed on the three floor and so did several oil field workers. They had laundry out in the hall that night and when I left the next day around noon the laundry was still in the hall.

Cars were parked in the handicap spaces without the proper signage or license plate. No one enforces it either so my daughter and I had to park around the building.
