Very good experience, staff helpful and friendly, room large ,clean and modern. Location great for the airport and opposite the huge Dolphin Mall which has good selection of restaurants.(you can walk to the mall if you want) Breakfast is included but quite basic. Drove into Miami several times, it can take 15 minutes or an hour depending on the traffic/ time of day! We also had a day room here on our final day in US which was very useful. Would certainly use this hotel again

Good hotel, spacious room (there were four of us and we were very well accommodated), functional, friendly and efficient service (a highlight for Alexa). Standard American breakfast, good but not excellent. Opposite the International Mall and about a 7-minute drive from Dolphin Mall (USD8 by Uber). A very positive point was that they kept our bags while we were on our cruise. I recommend.

Not far from the airport, within 20 minutes by car, close to the large local mall Dolphin mall, convenient shopping. The room is clean and the facilities are very new. The dissatisfaction is the breakfast. There is nothing to eat. The room does not provide free mineral water. It costs $ 2 for a bottle and only $ 1 for the big bucket in the supermarket.

This is a 5 star, pet friendly hotel, that's the same price as every other hotel in the area. The staff are amazing. They don't restrict pets based on weight. The room is a real suite. Leather couch in the -separate room -living room. Washer and dryer are in the room. And they are normal, not coin operated. Full fridge, coffee maker WITH coffee, dishes, stove, everything you can ask for. They get a 4star instead of 5 because there's NO parking available, even for while you check in. The hotel parking is valet ONLY, and only available after you check in. You have to request your car. The first request, at least, is free. I don't know about subsequent ones, but there's a ”fee” section associated with requesting the car. Definitely worth the money, and if I'm ever back here, I will stay here again!

The hotel is ideally located for shopping. It’s clean and has all the amenities you could possibly want for a quick stopover in Miami - on site restaurant, fitness centre and even a pool for a quick dip. The staff were helpful and accommodating - especially Eduardo and Jorge. Would definitely recommend!
