Nice open floor plan with a bright and comfortable sunroom that looks out to the lake. The kitchen has stainless steel appliances, a french door refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, Keurig coffee maker, and a gas stove. The master bedroom is large yet in the basement (stairs) which makes it great for sleeping in. Televisions in each bedroom and the living room. Plenty of parking space for boat trailers and cars. Nice quiet neighborhood. The lake levels change year to year and seasonally. The dock shown in one picture is no longer available. The hot tub is not included.
