Tried a hostel for the first time. Fabulous experience. The private double room was just like a normal room in a basic hotel. Everything was very clean. Also they got a very nice mirror in bath room. Would like to stay here again if I come back to Swansea one day.

The hotel is just next to the railway station, great location. The service is good as well. The room is clean and warm. However, WiFi is very very slow. The location is very good, just outside the train station, about 500 meters from the city center. The service staff responded quickly, but the internet speed was very slow.

It is located outside the city center so it's more suitable for guests with cars. There are plenty of car parks outside the hotel. I didn't drive and had to either take a walk or the bus to the city center. It's a 20 minute walk along the promenade of Harbour Tennant to the restaurants and pubs at Wind Street. The city center was only another 10 minutes away. The room was very clean and spacious. The staff were friendly and helpful. I'd have no hesitation to stay in there again.

I stayed at the hotel for one night while visiting friends in Swansea. Parking was easily available and reception staff was very friendly and professional. The room was clean and comfortable. Stayed at this hotel with some friends. Perfect location being in the city centre. Staff were very friendly and attentive, also gave good recommendations of nice places to go in the area. Rooms were clean and modern. Can’t think of any negatives, would definitely recommend. Thank you!
