"Spotlessly clean
Very quiet
Very comfortable bed
Stylish decor
Lovely bathroom with shower and a bath - plenty of hot water.
Good location
We did not see or hear anyone else
Everything you needed
We thouroughly enjoyed our stay here"
"I received a warm welcome from Stas, who checked me in and provided me with information about breakfast, parking, etc. The kind of prompt and efficient service that you want after a long journey. Thank you!
The room was beautifully decorated, super clean, and comfortable with the most comfortable bed of any hotel that I have stayed in by a long way!"
"Location is good. Right next to the train station and paid car park. However, the noise is unacceptably loud during the night time, even with the double-glazed windows. Motorcycles and teens make the whole night a nightmare.
The room is big with however a tiny TV. Free WIFI. The cleanliness is fair, but can be better."
"The hotel rooms are large and have all the necessary facilities. The staff are friendly. The elevators are frequently repaired during your stay, so you have to take the stairs. There are many restaurants and restaurants nearby, and supermarkets are not far away. The marina is walking distance. Overall, the price/performance ratio is very high."
"My wife and I stayed for four nights as we were visiting relatives near Neath. We had stayed the previous week at the Holiday Inn in Leicester and that was superior in many ways.
After we checked in at Swansea, we were told the lift wasn’t working and we had to carry our suitcase and bags up two floors. Although we are elderly, there was no apology or offer the carry out luggage to our room.
The room itself, although adequate in size, was not up to the standard of the room in Leicester. The main problem was the bed. We were told the beds were new, but unfortunately we found ours a bit small and rather uncomfortable and so we requested a topper which helped a bit. The quilt was too small for the bed also.
A very important point is the parking. There are not enough spaces and every night when we returned, there were none left, which meant having to park in the restaurant next to the hotel, but we entered our registration number in the restaurant to avoid receiving a ticket. At night it is not obvious which spaces belong to the hotel. The staff gave us incorrect information and we have heard that this has led to hotel guests receiving parking charges. Please be warned the hotel spaces are on the right only as you drive in.
The breakfast is adequate.
The bar prices are very expensive and we only had a drink on the first night - once bitten, twice shy!
Generally the staff were helpful and pleasant."
"It's great to live by yourself. The space is suitable. The service is very good. The light was broken at first, so I changed the room and the light was broken. I don't know what happened to me. I don't want to say it."
"Absolutely love it here. Easy to walk from train station with luggage. Quite center with everything. The common spaces was good too. Receptionist was good too and explained well how to explore swansea. They have a big map on the second floor and just scan barcode on it. Food also easy to get. Quite easy to go the beach bay and can actually use many routes from here. I loved the views so much. Will book again here and hire bicycle too."
"Suitable for car people No car should not choose this environment, but just went out and met a woman who was in a bad mood in front of my room. When I came back at night, I saw her sitting in the parking lot outside the hotel. The service staff was only polite. The room was clean. There were only crackers left in the room."
"The room was very good, the hotel facilities were complete, the waiters were very warm and friendly, very pleasant stay, the hotel parking was very convenient, the breakfast was rich, and I will continue to stay at this hotel next time."

GGuest Usera very new student accommodation. studio has everything included like oven, sink, kitchen utensils...also the single bed is big enough for two people.
GGuest UserLovely place. Simple basic rooms but everything you need plus very nice staff and nice pub downstairs. It was a great place to stay for a nearby wedding. Thank you!
Ttravelling loverwarm service and clean room.
The staffs are very sincere and helpful. The decent interior for bathroom with warmer in the floor.
Very convenient to enjoy stunning Seaview with walking distance (a few steps) to decent frech and Italian restaurants.
Have got refreshed after my stay here!
AAnonymous UserThe location of the room is very good. There is a sea view outside the window. It should be a newly renovated room by the landlord. A microwave and refrigerator are also provided for use. The landlord is very nice, but he is not very good at using the heating in the room, so it is a little cold at night, but that is not a problem. .
GGuest UserWe’ve stayed in this hotel lots of times but it now needs some refurbishing.
The areas all look tired including the bedroom and bathroom.
We had a superior room overlooking the lake but one window was completely steamed up blocking some of the view.
The toilet wouldn’t flush properly and the corridors are all scruffy.
Staff are very friendly and the breakfast is excellent. Lots of choice.
Parking is easy
So lots of good points. Just needs some TLC
南南花枝-1. The hotel's wifi is to collect money... You can only use half an hour of wifi every 24 hours, and use your own traffic for two days here. 2. Do not provide any toiletries (toothbrush / toothpaste / comb / shower cap / slippers, etc.) 3. The sound insulation effect is not good. In the middle of the night, someone walks through the door and laughs loudly. The sound insulation of the window is not good. 4. The front desk is very small and often absent?
GGuest UserHotel was very clean, well located and staff were communicative and helpful. The hotel is a little dated and there were minimal amenities in the room itself, but everything worked and functioned as expected. Only real complaint was the very small bed, but we slept well enough.
WWongStaff are good. Friendly and helpful.
They help me to store luggage voluntarily.
I am very grateful. The place are clean and tidy.
The room settings are good. The furniture are well
Placed and with taste. I don’t have breakfast this time. But it looks very freaks with variety. Must try next time.
GGuest UserCheap and cheerful hotel in the right place of town. Good bar and food. Friendly staff, with no frills amenities.
Breakfast is OK, but at £10...is still worth the price.
