Great spot in Swansea and very clean! Easy to get to places and helpful staff!

this hotel not recommend to travel during summer time, because its Air-conditioner is very noisy and not cool at all.

The toilet was broken. Since the room phone was also out of order, we had to walk to the front desk on the first floor to contact the maintenance staff for on-site inspection. After waiting for 30 minutes, the maintenance staff did not bring any tools to the door for repair. During the period, they left twice to get tools and finally did not complete the repair. The hotel suggested that we change to another hotel, but my family had already gone to bed due to the time difference, so they could not accept the request to change hotels. The next day, the hotel informed Ctrip that breakfast could be served at 6:30 am on weekdays. Unfortunately, when my family and I arrived at the restaurant on the first floor at 6:40, we were told that the meal would not start until 7 o'clock. The hotel front desk got the time wrong.

Very average but in a great location

It's too dilapidated, and the front desk service is not proactive. They just said there is nothing they can do about the reported situation (the quilt is too thin, the heating is not working)

Everyone was very helpful and friendly. Only complaint the air conditioning was blowing cold air at me in bed so I turned it off. I had food in the bar and it was great.

The staff went above and beyond especially Julie who served out afternoon tea and breakfast, a lovely lady, she gave great recommendations and was so friendly. Food was delicious, great value for money, room was spacious, will happily stay again thank you x

Excellent stay and room had rose petals and chocolates which was a nice touch for birthday celebration. the only small issue was noise from the traffic.

The room initially allocated to us was not at all similar to the one we had selected. Went to reception and they moved us to a room that met our expectations, as per the options available in the web page. Apart from that the stay was nice. Very centric. A shame that there is no parking on site. The closest one was about 7 or 8 minutes walk.

Family trip visiting, good location with convenience of amenities close by. Late night party in the hotelwas very noisy poor sound proofing and had to complain with no immediate resolution.

Smelt bad: strong fragrance everywhere. No ventilation in room. Steamed up. No dinner available, so not really a hotel at all.

Nice hotel. Bad bits. Window was broken so noisy but jammed a towel to hold the handle closed. Shower drain was blocked. Room was a little basic but modern and comfortable. Good bits. Restaurant was great - probably the best hotel breakfast I have had in a long time. Evening meal was good - steak overcooked but apologised and it still tasted amazing. Nice vibe and surroundings. Staff were friendly.
