Arrived at reception with our bags which is located inside the hotel only to be told that the room was in the next block and not inside the hotel it felt like a shalay at butllins , on arrival to our room I was very disappointed small and very standard, then when going to the leisure center you must walk out of the building something I've never done when staying at other hotels , the sauna room was small and really only suitable for two people no steam room, good sized swimming pool and lovely jacuzzi unfortunately was not working on my second night so more disappointment, I would not recommend this hotel as there are better options and better deals elsewhere.

Great old style hotel with decent small size pool and sauna. Friendly staff. Heritage building.
Slightly worn at places especially outside areas like tennis court and gardens are not fully maintained.

The hotel is nice and the restaurant is a bit like an English mansion, so dining here is a good experience.
