Great location, friendly hosts. Excellent breakfast.

Comfortable, clean and quiet. I was met with genuine hospitality and warmth and that continued for the brief 24hrs I stayed. A comfortable king size bed and ensuite bathroom / shower just up the hill from downtown Swanage meant I got a nice walk in along the waterfront before retiring to the quiet comfort of my room. In the morning I was served a delicious breakfast with the best pot of tea I’ve had outside of my own kitchen.

Great location, but parking not easy. Thankful the owners son gave up his space nearby for us. Good size room, we slept well. The shower was really easy to control and we had the best towels during our week away.. Really good breakfast, served in our room. Would recommend. Disappointed local pubs were not as we remembered them… lack of real ale… but we like the independent shops… Ate at the best chippy; The Fish Plaice.

Excellent B&B. We stayed in the spacious front bedroom which was spotlessly clean. The large bathroom had a great shower and lovely thick towels. The king size bed was very comfortable. Tea, coffee and hot chocolate, biscuits and a small chocolate each was in the room on arrival. After a warm welcome by the proprietors we had a cup of coffee sitting at the table and chairs in the bay window and then walked into the town - literally just around the corner. John recommended somewhere to eat in the town that night. Breakfast was served in the bedroom, in the bay window. We will definitely stay there again if we stay there again.

Pristinely clean - up Ben smelt clean and fresh , fabulous hosts - nothing too much trouble , brilliant breakfast, super comfy bed - 10/10 Can’t recommend enough. All aspects of this well situated B&B were just superb. We had breakfast in our room.
