No hassle and well located (and priced). Good communication from Kim too. Noise from other guest could be an issue, especially on the ground floor but it wasn't really a problem for us fortunately. Bathroom door was a little difficult to shut but not a big issue. Handy to have a fridge in the room.

Lovely hidden gem Great location. Near whickham and metro centre and Newcastle Good bus sevice near cottage Really clean and great facilities Lovey helpful owners Would definitely recomend staying

Lovely and clean, restaurants and shops all nice and close. Yeah there’s no on-site parking but the car park 50yds away is fine and it’s free. Bus stop right outside to get to metro centre and or Newcastle city centre. Very happy and would definitely stay again.
