B&B HOTEL Augsburg-Nord

Friendly, uncomplicated reception! There are already many of the high-price hotels and hotel chains that can cut a ticket.. We have searched for and found a cheap accommodation on the journey to the holidays. Therefore we were ready to take off, which we had not to do here. nice, helpful, young crew at the reception. Clean, attractive room, facilities functional, fresh. Flattery air conditioning, which we have enjoyed in “monkey heat”. Breakfast ok, for the price called super( adults 10€/ children4€) All in all a fantastic price performance ratio!

We enjoyed a night there and I have to say centrally located next to the motorway as a resting house with connected motel really to be called good. Eat good, service friendly, price Eat & Drinking not cheap but within the framework. Room price OK and rooms themselves are not mega modern or newly furnished but useful and it is clean. All in all right 👍and in addition not mentioned far away from Legoland 😁😉

The location is extremely convenient for those arriving by train, since it is right next to the train station. The staff are very friendly. The room was not large, but enough for a short stay. I could work easily. Everything was very clean. Although it is right next to the train station, you cannot hear the trains as long as the window is closed. The window can be opened for ventilation, which is great.

Hotel am Hopfensee

The rooms (we were 6 people in 2 suites) were very chic and modern and everything was very clean. But, public areas are obsolete and are urgently renovated: dirty floors, dark gangs, an extremely small lift with sticky air and tape floor(?), dirty seating in the breakfast room and generally an obsolete equipment The wellness area is strangely on UG and 1. OG split so you need to walk constantly, i.e. always in the bathroom over the staircase and at the reception ... The restrooms are too small for the number of guests and, above all, it was extremely sticky. In the U.G. it is totally dark and a real cellar atmosphere (without windows). Breakfast was not special, even if the choice is large: coffee tastes horrible and as if the machines were not cleaned for a long time, sauce was too thick cut, shells were not baked, The dinner (half-pension) was not worth his money.. From the photos on the homepage the reality was miles away. Where these photos came from the food, we can't absolutely understand. If you wanted another meat, you should pay another €23 in addition to the €35 for the menu - only to get a rib eye instead of a lime. Between the tail and the tail costs almost the same. That's just a stick! But the worst of all was the service! Such a disgraceful and unfriendly staff we have never experienced! A response to questions was as if we were too stupid to understand that. Eyes were turned, spoken in extremely unfriendly sound, orders were only accepted repeatedly, etc. And that really happened with all employees. The massages were also a farce because it was totally cold and they were covered only after invitation. With a friend of us, the lady even went out for coughing 15 minutes! ? And that while it is still Corona. This is not to apologize. In summary, the hotel on the homepage is much better than it is in real. The only thing really nice was the rooms. But for a 4-star ”Wellness and Design Hotel”, this is clearly too little.

It's really good to have a small balcony to see the scenery outside. Drive ten minutes to Swan Castle, good location, good parking. Breakfast is not too good. Quiet, but not shading, the most important pillow is too uncomfortable, and the bath water is hot and cold. The price is OK, after all, there is an indoor swimming pool and sauna, and it can be until ten o'clock in the evening, which is considered a rare generation.
