Quaint little hotel tucked away from the town center but close enough to walk to it. Close to all other hotels and restaurants too! Rooms are nice, clean and has fantastic balcony view. Service from staff was impeccable. They were very accommodating and kind. The best of all was the breakfast. Me and my entire family have officially concluded that their breakfast was hands down the best hotel breakfast we’re ever had. Dont forget to check in first before booking activities. They give discounts for them!

We had to stop there because we couldn't get into our location and we did not have a phone to contact them.The desk clerk was more then helpful and let us use the phone to contact.He also let us use the hotel computer to get directions sent to our email.Thr desk clerk was very friendly and accomadating,had we not got our key we would have stayed there instead.Sokudos to the great desk clerk for helping 4 strangers from Canada.

Very good location in the middle of the place, very good transport connection.
Renoved 3-Bett-Business-Zimmer. Very clean and conveniently equipped.
The soap container in the bathroom at the washing venue was unfortunately completely empty, so we had to take the shower gel out of the shower. We did not object to this, but only informed it when checking out.
A water cooker with instant coffee and/or tea would have been nice.
The breakfast was very delicious and rich.
The staff was courteous, but rather distant. We had forgotten to log in to breakfast two of our children who stayed elsewhere nearby. We ask to apologize for this many times, but especially our children were somewhat scared when the competent lady responded somewhat inappropriately to it in the breakfast room.
Unfortunately, the hotel was not bookable without breakfast, what we would otherwise have done. For our smallest who paid breakfast, the buffet is not worth it anyway, because it hardly eats anything. The ‘seam order' is not likely to have been seriously affected.
The next time we will avoid competing again. All was fine there a week ago.
However, a comparison was worth it.

We are on day 9 of being in Bavaria and I think our 5th or 6th hotel. This is by far the best and most comfortable. The bed is so awesome. The staff are welcoming. Two big drawbacks; no air conditioning and finding the actual hotel location. We arrived late at night, I had made a reservation and paid ahead of time. We were so frustrated at not being able to find the hotel we drove about 10 minutes away and were going to check into a Holiday Inn Express. The guy at the front desk there was sooooo sweet, when I told him we were unable to find the NinetyNine Hotel, he did everything but drive us to the front door. He printed off directions and told us exactly what to look for! It's located next to the Universitat Augsburg a sort of industrial area on the outskirts of town. When we woke up in the day time we realized the GPS had taken us right next to the hotel but there are no visible neon signs at night. I am really glad we wound up finding it. They hotel is big on sustainability and animal conservation and awareness. The decor is wonderfully strange yet welcoming with butterflies 🦋, monkeys, fish 🐟 and other animals all around. There is a full bar in the lobby, breakfast is available and a small refrigerator in the lobby with drinks for sale. Oh and it is located above the Rewe grocery store and you get access to the fitness center right next door. I absolutely recommend this hotel.

We chose to return our rental car here in Augsburg and catch a train to Salzburg here to avoid the crowds in Munich for Oktoberfest. This was a much bigger city than I expected. It is also a college town. While traveling in the USA, Holiday Inn Express are usually a safe bet for a one night stay. We were not disappointed. The room was clean and comfortable as was the bed. This is only one of 2 hotels that had AC out of the 10 we stayed in. Breakfast was the usual Holiday Inn buffet. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Made sure out taxi arrived on time. There is a great burger place across the street that you should try. All and all, we were glad we chose this hotel and would recommend it if you are traveling thru Augsburg.

New and modern but with a very professional staff (even if they look very young). Will certainly be back if I have to book a room in Augsburg. Wifi was regular and strong and the breakfast was to die for. It take 20 minutes to reach the Dome (city center) but the roads a quite and green.

Friendly, uncomplicated reception! There are already many of the high-price hotels and hotel chains that can cut a ticket.. We have searched for and found a cheap accommodation on the journey to the holidays. Therefore we were ready to take off, which we had not to do here. nice, helpful, young crew at the reception. Clean, attractive room, facilities functional, fresh. Flattery air conditioning, which we have enjoyed in “monkey heat”. Breakfast ok, for the price called super( adults 10€/ children4€) All in all a fantastic price performance ratio!

A cheap and good opportunity to stay in Neu-Ulm. In 15-20 minutes is the Ulmer city centre walking distance.
The hotel's equipment is moderately spartanian,but it's enough for a short stay. It's also very clean in the rooms. We're always happy to come back.
If you arrive with the car, you can enjoy a lot of free parking on the Allgäuer Ring!

One thing need to mention that room service is very difficult as no menu in the room and have to go the reception desk, which should walk long way from hotel, given that the restaurant at another end, if ordered, could be cold when sending to room.

GGuest UserAn easy seven-minute walk from the train station is the comfortable and delightful Hotel Sonne Fussen. You will have to cross a two-lane road, but there are crosswalks at either end. There are actually two entrances. If you go to the right-side facing Sonne, there is a convenient door entering the hotel. The other door is on the people street of Reichenstrasse. In between the entrances are several smaller stores. There is a convenient parking garage in the lower floor. There is a room where you do have access to a washing machine and dryer found in the garage area. The reception staff, like the hotel, are friendly and accommodating. Don’t forget to ask for your “Fussen Card” which will give you a free bus ride up to Neuschwanstein and back. The busses are right by the train station. Our room was indeed very clean and pleasant. We had a balcony room facing the mountains. The only downside was the lack of privacy to one side. The balcony is nice though and we did use it The bed was large and comfortable. The bathroom was large enough. We did like the soft-carpet in the room. By the desk was a large picture of the library museum that was once in a Benedictine monastery and later became City Hall. If you have time, visiting that museum is well worth the money and time. Our two days at Sonne’s we elected not to have our room cleaned. A box of towels was kindly left at our front door. Sonne’s was the only hotel to do this in our month long journey through Bavaria. The hotel is decorated with interesting pieces of art. Some of the pieces could be in a movie. Breakfast is a highlight. The staff takes superb effort to make your breakfast most enjoyable. There are all sorts of items to choose from. You will not starve. I did like the sausages and croissants. Most people, if not all, come to Fussen for the castle. We found the village of Fussen to be a delight. Besides the monastery museum, there is Hohes castle close by and a doable walk to Lechfall. An Aldi’s is just down the street. We found walking the people streets brought real character to Fussen. We did enjoy the hotel’s restaurant for one meal. On a side street is a superb Asian restaurant called ‘Thuy Golden Stabchen.” They had the best shrimp. 岩岩渕彩菜This was the best hotel while I stayed in Germany. If you don’t mind walking it takes about 30min to fussen. At reception, I asked breakfast since I didn’t offer. If you don’t, you should. The buffet style was fascinating and we waitress asked me drink and egg. The coffee was served in a pot and boiled egg could choose hard or soft. The employee the hotel are all friendly and helpful. I planned to go to the castle so I asked to look after my luggage and consented willingly. It was my precious memory staying this hotel. Thank you. I’ll come back someday.

A very positive experience. The hotel is located in a very quite area in Lindau, however close to the island. It keeps what mentioned on their web pages: room is nice and well equipped, bathroom is ok with a large shower, breakfast is plentiful and rich of sweets and savory, with fresh fruits that are different every day. To see it's more a house than a hotel, and this makes a positive difference in my opinion, because it makes you feel almost at home. And breakfast in the veranda is a great way to start the day. I definitely recommend it.

GGuest UserWell the location is amazing!! You can walk anywhere from the hotel which is a bonus but you pay for that bonus too. It is expensive to stay here, the rooms are large and basically bare. Clean and only one pillow per person. To walk to the room took some time due to the largeness of the corridors - sometimes you think you need a map! Beds were ok, not the best not the worse! Buffet breakfast was very good, lots of options and good quality. Probably wouldn’t stay again would look around for a smaller more personable hotel. The underground parking under the hotel has limited, very limited parking in an extremely tight carpark took multiple turns to even get in! Would not recommend that but near the information centre there is a large well lit multi storey parking garage and open 24/7 and wasn’t expensive! The town is beautiful and well worth the visit.

This hotel is located near the hospital, around 5 km (3 miles) away from the city center. You can visit the city by tram or by taxi/Uber. The hotel has spacious rooms (for European standards) and it is clean. The beds are comfortable. But what I liked the best is the attitude of the personnel. They are *ALL* very kind, ready to help you with anything, and very accommodating. One thing you need to keep in mind, though, is that the reception is not open 24 hrs. If you leave after hours (e.g., early morning) you need to check out the night before and then you leave the room key in your room. Another great feature is the quality of the breakfast buffet they have. you really need to try it! It includes eggs (hard-boiled and scrabbled), an assortment of cured meats and cheeses, freshly baked croissants and various breads, sweets, and a bunch of other items. If breakfast is not included in the room price, it costs 15 Euros (and it is well worth it!) Around the hotel there are not too many things to do. You can have dinner there or walk 7-8 min to go to a nearby biergarten (Grill 'n Chill). But be aware that at certain times at night, sitting outside makes you a mosquito target. If you are going to the Munich airport they can recommend you a taxi/limo service, which operates a direct shuttle service for 50 Euros (they have more expensive options if you do not want to share your drive). This is a great deal since the railway ticket costs 29 Euros, you need to get a taxi to the station (I paid 15 Euros for Uber), and you need to change trains in Munich. So, if you need to stay near the hospital or you want a very good place to stay while visiting Augsburg, this is a great choice.

DDaAnderWe chose this hotel as our base during a three-day bike tour and did not regret it. We got what is now rare, even a three-bed room. A family-run hotel where you feel well lifted. A service always pre-eminent, an excellent kitchen, cared beer and a breakfast buffet that doesn't leave any wishes open. And our bikes were allowed to stay in the garage. The Old Factory of the brewery ”Camba Bavaria” is located in a range of ranges with a real beer garden, as well as reading ”Craft Beer” specialities.

Clean hotel, modern. Spacious room and easy parking. It is fine for 1 to 2 nights. The location is easy to get too and easy to reach the city. The staff were friendly and professional. The aircon worked well and the shower was good. Would recommend.
