意外的滿意，酒店在斯沃爾維爾鎮上，出門就是美景，樓下還有餐廳，超市和商場。房間也很寬敞和乾淨，性價比很高！但是沒有停車場，附近找停車位就可以！

幾乎是0服務的Apartment，而且定之前再三確認的房型還是最後入住了錯誤的房型。也沒有前台服務，因為我們是聖誕假期去的這個是可以理解的。不過到了後給了個信封，寫了房間號，卻沒有告知房間不在這棟樓，什麼都沒説明的敷衍態度！是我是絕對不會再住了！不過攜程客服是有責任心的幫助協調和支持，但攜程告知這個Apartment不承認錯誤和拒絕理賠！那就沒什麼好説的！

This is the best of the best to stay at while in Lofoten. The best rooms, the best beds and a incredible view! Automated checkin was very easy as I didnt have to rush to the place to get keys. SMS with key code worked fantastic. Same with checkout. Have stayed on various places in Lofoten but this was the best. You will never regret a stay here!

The location could hardly be better. The apartment is modern and comfortable with a magnificent view and short distances to restaurants, activities and the supermarket. The kitchen is spartanly furnished, but the Nespresso machine made up for it. Our apartment was really unbelievably hot, however, and there was no switch to regulate it. The underfloor heating in the bathroom was running at full speed. Since this problem was also the case in the neighboring apartments (the neighbor kept the door to the stairwell open to get some air), it seems to be a fundamental one.

The problem here is the lack of organization and help. We arrive as requested by the establishment after 4 p.m. On our arrival, first surprise: no parking contrary to what is indicated. You must therefore park on the street with a parking meter. (Practical for the morning...). So we drag our suitcases to reception and there, no one. Or rather around ten tourists who would like to have their rooms but due to the lack of anyone at reception, nothing. Interesting detail: we have to arrive after 4 p.m. but... the person at reception ends their shift at 4 p.m. A telephone number replaces it: the number does not work! So I had to call booking who managed it for me. Response from the hotel: cleaning was not done so in this case, you will have to wait. 1/ why not notify customers by SMS? 2/ apologies and commercial gestures exist In total, around ten people or 4 groups waited for more than an hour in a cold lobby without any information. Thon and Scandic are hotels right next door and much better organized.
