The hotel is excellent, the staff super helpful and also the facilities are perfect! The view was lovely from the room. The breakfast is amazing, it has a lot of high quality food! I totally recommend this place.

It's just so-so. The hotel is not easy to find. The front is unremarkable...
Room on the second floor. The waiter helped us carry the suitcase up the stairs... It was a bit annoying with so many luggages... Parking Because there is no easypark app, we can only park somewhere else

It was a very bad night. First of all, they didn't give me a good room that I booked, and they changed it three times. Very bad service attitude and playing games with customers. Room No. 209 is the room I changed for the third time. Only 20% of the light can be seen outside the window. On the opposite side is a black square room. There are two shabby small windows opposite my window, with shabby curtains... This is better than the previous two rooms. It has an elevator. The Thorn Hotel and the Thorn Svolwell Hotel have the same owner. I would recommend the Thorn Svolwell Hotel. The decoration is better, the breakfast is richer, and the parking is free at the door of the latter. However, the decoration of both hotels is very special.

We were upgraded to a room that was big. The hotel is in a great location. It's right next to the pier and the most beautiful part of Svolvar. The breakfast was great and the restaurant was very beautiful.

The worst hotel with the coldest room I've ever stayed in. We were given a corner room, and the front desk knew it was cold. The air conditioning didn't work at all. We asked the front desk to solve the problem, and they gave us a small heater, which was louder than a tractor when it was turned on. We stayed in the cold for two nights. It was really uncomfortable.
