Apartkomplex Sorrento Sole Mare

Hi we are currently here on holiday. I lost my mum and partner has a stroke. So this holiday was a relax and reset break. The staff are rude, the receptionists are rude, judge you give u filthy looks. I asked for a blanket and a pillow. The bald security was horrible, swore at me in Bulgarian which I understand as I have friends and a home in Sofia. The apartment was covered in ants, shower goes cold after 10 mins. Which is useless as we have 3 disbaled children who two are in nappies. I explained the situation to the staff and was look at in confusion and no speak English. I asked for the key to the washing machine which you have to pay 5 pounds for and was told to wait in room till the phone. And when I asked how long usually was looked at with a shrug. They speak every other language except English. Are all good if you are GERMAN,RUSSIAN, BASICALLY NOT ENGLISH. This place has made my children angry, upset and my partner I'll. Due to the abusive staff,dirty rooms. We also have to two apartments due to 6 of us. They out us on 5th floor. And my two boys on the ground floor which is use less. The have no cleaner at all. Apartment was dirty, toilet broken I addressed all these issues with the receptionist and she just shrugged. Asked to speak to manager again met with blank look and she was highest manager. So stuck here for another 10 days in hell. Don't bother.

We arrived very late at the hotel and was let in by a very cheerful security guards. Our studio apartment had kindly been upgraded to a large apartment with separate bedroom. A huge balcony with table and chairs and a large sunshade. There were some beautiful roses in the room with chocolates and a lovely bottle of fizz. Thanks svetlana. They keep the place spotless as usual and the grounds and pool areas are always being tended. The pool lifeguard gave Wendy and I a lovely glass of local chilled wine too. The coffee machine in the grounds is a lavazza, perfect. So much hot water all the time. It’s 5 minutes to the local huge supermarket. The staff in the hotel are all so friendly and obliging. Can’t recommend the hotel enough.
