Will definitely return. Great views of the lake from our room and the restaurant. Really clean rooms. Nice breakfast (continental plus). Nice choice of wine and cocktails and traditional dancing and music Saturday night. Two great pools which was the draw for us. The employees are a joy especially Toni and Armen. Not a huge choice of food in evenings on half board but what we had was great. Salads in particular excellent. Lunch menu fab. Simple rooms but have all that you need. Beds super comfy. Hour walk into town. Cheap taxi ride home. Advantage that it's quieter out of town. Don't listen to naysayers. We were there at same time as the Titan tour group and many did nothing but moan the whole trip! It became our entertainment.Appreciate rooms at back will not be as good as ones at front but we paid extra (not expensive) and was worth it.

Breakfast and dinner are included and the dinner buffet was the worst food I’ve had. It resembled hospital food, cheapest meat possible, cold dishes and the free water they gave us had bits of food floating in it. We never ate dinner again and when we asked if we can get anything else in lieu of the dinner voucher, the answer was no ( not even a bottle of water). Morning of checkout we found a mouse or rat in our bedroom. Huge hole under the sink infested with rat poop. Refused to refund us and instead, offered us 2 free nights (hahahahahah). Mold in bathroom and dust everywhere. Absolute disgrace, do not stay here.

Stayed with a group…hotel decor and layout a throw back to 70’s. Breakfasts and dinners poor quality…mains often cool to cold. Some of our group came down with sickness…suspect but couldn’t prove was hotel catering. Interesting when a cat fight broke out on the floor of the buffet area. Room( non lake view) very small with daily flooding of bathroom by shower. No lounge area( just a dull conference room) other than pool area. A long trek to the town after negotiating a busy road outside hotel.

This was the worst accommodation that I have ever stayed in. No wardrobe a rail with 4 coathangers! We had a really dark dingy room at the back facing the woods. A premier Inn is luxurious compared to this. The kettle didn't work the single beds were tiny although comfortable. The bathroom was really tiny and it took 3 days to get fresh towels. The food what can I say not the greatest my husband gave up trying to cut through his fried egg and ditto with the chicken. A very poor selection indeed. Breakfast was a little better though. Travelling with a Titan tour I was expecting their normal high standard of hotel. After our first week in a superb hotel in Tirana this was just shocking. The staff in general were pleasant enough. I certainly wouldn't advise this hotel if you are looking for 4 star experience. As others have said it was a taxi or bus into Ohrid which is absolutely stunning.Just because it has two pools doesn't make it a 4star hotel. As previous reviewers hve said no outdoor area for a coffee and no lounge to sit in after dinner.

You should know that the hotel is at about 5km from Ohrid, so or you have a car or you need a taxi. Said that, let me show my pros and cons. PROS: 1. The lake view room was a bit more expensive, but it deserved it. Large enough and clean. 2. Quiet place, despite our room was overlooking the pool 3. Breakfast in the average, but skip the sausages that have a hard “plastic type” skin 4. The price was adequate for half board CONS: 1. The self service at dinner was a kind of disaster. About 5/6 plates amid pasta, meat or fish, but the presentation was horrible and the quality even worse for a 4 stars hotel. With an extra cost there is a restaurant menu and you can order a la carte, but we didn’t try it. 2. There are two pools, one inside and one outside open til 9 or 10, but there is no external space for drinking or chatting. The only one is in the veranda that is part of the restaurant, with no bar. I hope the hotel will take my observations for improvements and not just critics

Recently stayed here for a week as part of a TUI package with breakfast included. Really enjoyed our stay- the hotel was clean, pool area was clean and the waiting staff were very friendly and nice. We ate at the restaurant most days and the food was really good, cheap and great portion sizes. Had a great week here
