We did not stay here, but we did a snowshoeing hike with Pierre which was excellent. One of the highlights of our trip to Norway. The hike was gorgeous and our guide was very friendly and knowledgable about the region. We had a lovely meal at the cafe afterwards. The next day we visited Pierre again at his coffee shop at the ferry launch. The coffee and fresh apple muffins were delicious.

We booked the „Snowshoe walk in Lyngen“ with Svensby Tursenter and had an great time snowshoeing by the Lyngen Alps, enjoying the stunning scenery. After the 2-3h walk, we received lunch and cake. Truly a perfect experience from start to finish! AND many thanks to Pierre, our fantastic tour guide (we‘ll have to return in the summer to visit his café by the ferry station)!

I decided to stay here last minute after spending time in Svensby. My cabin was lovely and clean. They were so welcoming and sweet. As I hadnt planned to stay they helped me with a few things as well. I slept so well I nearly missed my ferry back this morning too. Thankyou to you all.

I went here back in January we were staying in a cabin just a 5 minute walk from the tursenter, while we didn’t stay with the the accommodation within the tour centre we did book our activities through them and found the activity’s to be very well organised and the activity leader was very nice :)

Great place for everyone. Take a boat and go to fishing or go to hike. The fishermens can catch many different fishes and also really big ones. Nice hiking trails with great views. Here you can rent the house or use your own caravan. The owners are kind and helpful.

Excellent 4-day stay in a cabin. Facilities good,staff very polite and location perfect. Exellent value for money. Dog friendly. Easy to do daily trips to attractions. Cabin was clean, big and spacious. Also good sauna, which was included to cabin prize.

Me and my husband visited The Lyngen Alps after Christmas 2022. We booked a snowmobile tour with Swensby Tursenter and it was really really fun. In the afternoon tour we were alone in the “group” so we felt like a private tour.☺️Mike the guide was amazing,we had a great time with him. Hopefully we will have a chance 1day to revisit this place,because it‘s definitely worth it.

We had a excellent dogsledding tour! It was very good organised and the dogs are very friendly and there was enough time to also get in touch with the animals. The provided boots and overalls were perfect. The landscape is very nice and we had a stop at a little hut with hot chocolate. Even our 16 year old daughter had no problems in handling the sledge, she really enjoyed it. We also had lunch at the Svensby Tourcenter later, very good fish soup!
