Located in Skagafjordur in North of Iceland. Complete privacy with only farms in the vicinity. Wake up in silence with occasional bird songs and possibly lamb bleating (during May - June). The cabin is brand new, well heated with WIFI connection. The kitchenette has a fridge, washing machine, coffee machine, small stove and an Air fryer. The bunker bed can sleep 3 children (2 young ones below and a bigger one or an adult above). A small grocery store is 15 minutes drive away. Skagafjordur offers many hiking options, pool experience and has several Horse renting farms, boat trips, river rafting, museums, skiing area, natural spas and more. Saudárkrokur, 30 minutes drive, has restaurant options, grocery stores and virtual reality battle-museum. It is necessary to pay attention to the room next door may be noisy, and the local rest is at 9:30. What makes me very dissatisfied is that the check-in is to send an email to inform you of the room number, and the result gave me the wrong number. It happened that I checked in after nine o'clock that night. I found that my room was occupied. I knocked on the door and woke up the other party to verify. I called the local farm owner. The result was that the homeowner gave the wrong room number, but fortunately the residents who were woken up had a good attitude.

Room was a bit small but we were only there for a night so not an issue. The kitchen has a fridge,
Microwave, kettle, plates and mugs etc, which was handy.
There’s a shop across the road and it was pretty well stocked.
