The hotel is mainly white and gold in color, magnificent, the suite booked, the area is about 50 square meters, the room is arranged with a mirror around, it looks particularly bright, the bathroom is a smart toilet, there is a spray, there is a bathtub 🛁, there is a pure faucet, for the room is still very satisfied, the hotel bed 🛏️ is super comfortable, Stayed for two nights, happy, hahaha. If there is a welcome at the entrance of the hotel, help with luggage, it will be more perfect!

I think the price is very good, because I booked early, so the price was cheap. The hotel is an old hotel, but it is nice to stay in, and it has all the basic facilities. I arrived at the hotel before 8 o'clock in the morning, and the front desk lady provided good service. The cleaner came to work at 8 o'clock and quickly cleaned the room, and we checked in. Because the cleaning was in a hurry, I asked the cleaner to tidy up some places, and the attitude was also very good. The biggest advantage is that it is very close to the subway station, and it is not far from the railway station. It takes about 50 minutes from the hotel check-out to the end of the station, and the three-yuan ticket arrives. It is close to the subway station and very convenient to travel. I will stay here again when I come to Suzhou in the future.

The room is very good, it is a suite, the price is very affordable, the room is very nice, the hotel front desk guy also gave breakfast coupons, the breakfast is also delicious. But the hotel parking lot security guard (it seems not the hotel security hotel) has a bad attitude, we forgot to ask, the hotel front desk did not tell us to scan the code to leave the parking lot, and then the security guard called to ask how to get out of the parking lot, the security guard came up and said ”which exit to take what exit”, and said ”I don't know how you get out, ask the hotel to scan the code”, we asked which code to scan, and said ”you ask the hotel, how do I know what code to scan to get out”, haha, it's the first time to go out, I definitely don't know, of course I have to ask, so we owe him the same attitude, and then when we went out, we got a puncture, and we went to fix the tire again, which is really a waste of time. I hope the hotel can talk to the security guard, we are here to travel, not to be bullied! ! !

Just ok for a Hilton…The room and welcome cookies were nice, and it’s very clean and new. Breakfast was also adequate, with Chinese options and some mostly mediocre western options.
Be warned, the location is super remote and located in an industry zone, with no restaurants or cafes nearby, so factor that into your travel plans…it takes at least 20 minutes by car to get to anywhere in central Suzhou.

Nice location. It's surrounding by restaurants, groceries, fruit shop and so on but still good atmosphere. The staffs helpful & friendly, even trough, they can't speak English but their effort is really really good. One thing, just want more detail for the direction to go to the hotel such as exit no., go on the (name) road/ street. One important thing form mt travel experiences (by metro/ subway) is exit no. and when you out turn to the left or turn to the right, it helps a lots.

The hotel is very nice.
We are lucky to be upgraded to a suite with extra space. Staff are friendly and helpful.
If I have to be picky, it’s not too close to the attractions of Suzhou. But with the excellent coverage of their online can order app, everywhere can be reached within 20mins under or around 20RMB, so it didn’t bother us too much.
And just one thing, the live TV is weirdly with lagging as if the signals are from the internet. But if u don’t watch tv or do a smart device casting, it’s fine. (Just we were watching the French Open final so the picture lags were a bit disturbing lol)

Taking the Line 4 and go out at Tuanjieqiao station from exit 2, then go south for about 500 meters . It takes you only 15 minutes driving to the railway station, Guanquan Street, Shantang Street, Humble Administrator's Garden and other tourist attractions . You can get to coach station, Fenghuang Bookstore, PaulI Theatre, Lefeng shopping mall, Wuzhong hospital and Wal-Mart on foot. Our hotel is recongnised to be above 4 stars hotel, designed with European modernism style.Facilities like WI-FI, comfortable and high-quality bed, bright room, breakfast with 50 different kinds, conference room for the business, longue area and washing machine are provided. You can really enjoy the wonderful time with your families and friends.

It can be said that it is very affordable to have such accommodation conditions at this price in Suzhou, which exceeded my expectations. The room is very new and the environment is good. Ctrip members chose to check in early and were checked in at around 9 o'clock. Parking is quite convenient, there are a lot of food downstairs, and takeaways are delivered by robots. The lady who checked in on the first day was very friendly, and the aunt who did the cleaning was also very polite. The TV in the room can be used to project the screen with Lebo, which is very satisfying for those who watch dramas.
A small suggestion: WiFi is written as wlfi on the TV screen. If you can, just change it.

GGuest UserThe new hotel is close to Vientiane Plaza, just across the road. The parking is very convenient. There is a ground and a ba*****t. The sanitation of the guest rooms is very good. The service attitude at the front desk is also very good, and they will deal with the needs of the guests in a timely manner. Takeaway It was delivered by a robot, it was a great experience, and I will choose this hotel in the future

I hope we can inform you earlier next time so that guests can have more choices.
After arriving at the hotel, the lady at the front desk was very nice and upgraded the room type for free. Later, the housekeeper lady would also care and remind me from time to time.
It slightly makes up for the regret of not being able to swim.
The hotel is about 15 minutes away from Tongli. No tickets are required in Tongli after 17:00, but there are no shops open after 17:00. It takes about 30 minutes by car to Suzhou city
The hotel environment is quite good. The indoor and outdoor amusement park in the second phase is free. The ones in the resort are outsourced and charge a fee. There is table tennis but only one table. There is a fee for billiards but there is only one table.
The hotel has small animals for feeding, including white geese, squirrels, chickens, pigeons, ducks, and dogs.

RRobsterNot knowing Suzhou at all, I thought I had chosen a hotel to suit my needs for exploring the history whilst still being near the modern. This hotel is ideal for both. With a metro station (line 3) Shajinqiao, within a 10 minute walk, literally, just round the corner, and a taxi ride to either end of where I wanted to be costing me under 30RMB, this was an absolute gem of a find.
On arrival, the staff were very good and extremely helpful. I was checked in without any fuss, with the usual pandemic checks, travel codes, health codes and I showed both 48hr and 24hr covid tests.
The room was cosy, with excellent air-conditioning, a very comfortable bed and very clean. The toilet was intelligent, electronic and quite a novelty. It even warmed my posterior whilst sitting on it!
The hotel provides a kettle and 2 free bottles of water daily though there may at one time have been a mini fridge, it was not there on this visit. Breakfast is served at reasonable times with the last orders being done 10:30am. (11 am at weekends). It is a decent spread, predominantly Chinese food, rice, vegetables, meats with cooked-to-order eggs, porridge (Chinese rice style) and a cold buffet. There are delicious pastries, toast and fruit. Tea and coffee are available along with a varied selection of fruit juices. The restaurant is airy, bright and clean. Plenty of seating is available.
Room lighting was bright and cheerful but could be set to 'mood' which dimmed and made for a more intimate atmosphere.
On Didi App, the hotel does not come under Atour Hotel. You will need to search for Yi He Cha Can Yin Guan Li You Xian Gong Si.
At the time of writing, Suzhou was low risk. However, the recommendation was for Suzhou citizens not to travel and if they had to, to show a 48hr covid test. I had a bit of trouble with getting the app to work and thanks very much, eternal gratitude, to the wonderfully patient and supportive reception staff who all contributed, made phone calls and tried their best to get the app to work. Eventually, we succeeded. That is service and that was fantastic.

GGuest UserThe hotel is convenient to everywhere. The museum, Humble Administrator's Garden, and Lion Grove are just a few minutes' walk away. In the evening, you can go to Pingjiang Road to eat snacks and watch the night view. If the road conditions are extremely congested, make travel plans in advance. The hotel gave me a small gift when I checked in🎁The bed was very comfortable and there was coffee and tea in the front lobby. 2 bottles of mineral water were given as a gift when checking out, thank you to the beautiful woman at the front desk🌹

The main thing is that the waiters are very pleasant. A very good leisure parent-child hotel. Every waiter I met was very good, such as Wang Chuang and Xiao Hou. I felt that the guests were the most important. It is highly recommended for a two-day and one-night stay near Shanghai.

The large gym, equipped with top-of-the-line workout devices, provided a haven for fitness enthusiasts like myself. Whether it was a morning jog on the treadmill or a full-body workout using state-of-the-art strength training equipment, the gym offered everything I needed to maintain my fitness routine. The spacious and well-lit workout area, coupled with the panoramic views of the city, created an invigorating environment that motivated me to push my limits.

GGuest UserThere were a few ants in the first room we booked, but after a few screams and a phonecall we were quickly moved to another ant-free room. The staff were so helpful, kind and willing to communicate in English to the best of their ability. They made plenty of gestures with bowls of fruit, fragrant sacks and even a personal delivery of the food menu when we couldn't find the English menu on the TV. Their frequent arrivals had us jumping in our robes to grab the door every so often, but each time we were grateful to receive such thoughtful snacks and smells. Lovely place. Would visit again.

It is worth praising. The style is quite unique. The serviced apar**ent is modern and simple. The security is very high. You need to swipe your card. 24-hour security. The location is excellent. There are shopping malls behind the Jinji Lake Scenic Area. The transportation is very convenient. The hygiene is also very clean. The bed is very comfortable. I will bring my family to play and stay here next time.

Qqueen_kooIf you’re looking for a perfect 4 star venue in the city centre then look no further! This place is a good bargain all round the year and even in peak seasons. I am going to split my review into sections so bare with me.
1) Rooms: The outdated the rooms need a serious paint jobs and the couch is quite “scratchy” material wise. Despite the interior eye sore, the flats are quite cosy with everything you need. Scenery wise , those who aren’t afraid of heights request the balcony rooms ! Maybe they don’t have the views of the shanghai centre shopping mall but the evening breeze did put me to sleep like a baby! Also the television was well packed with nostalgic movies , I really enjoyed the entertainment. Although the TV volume doesn’t go too loud , I guess it’s good respect to the neighbors some of who are long term tenants.
2) Service: Impeccable. The people here, although clearly overworked are so nice! The housekeepers are all so wonderful ! They were the ones who let me come back to a clean flat everyday , really it was a piece of home with a whole lot of help! For shampoos and conditioners and shower gel you would need to let the front desk know you need it, so please keep that in mind!
3) Breakfast: Just enough for survival , I’m quite particular about my tastes in food where the buffet options were too less and unfortunately not too tasty. But I was able to survive…I really hope they can fix this though cause the place although cheaper than others isn’t exactly cheap as well. If you want a good breakfast spread , you will be left heavily disappointed.
There’s a lot of cost cutting the hotel group has done and it’s obvious…I hope Ascott takes this into consideration cause it’s not good to have better hotels around the world but keep smaller cities forgotten and tightly budgeted!!
Suzhou is quite expensive than other cities due to the constant influx of tourists.
I don’t usually write much for my reviews but In this case I seem to care after seeing the overworked hotel staff and the poor conditions around them.

GGuest UserReally beautiful place. It looks to be brand new - maybe it is, maybe it isn't, but it certainly looks new. The room (a suite) was very spacious, very clean. Just a very beautiful place that fit well with the surroundings. The whole building was impeccably clean.
I rated the service 5/5 because the owners were very nice, and largely left us alone. The family was processing tea and were quite busy - check-in was extremely quick, check-out too. I'm not looking for hospitality, so being left alone suited us fine - this isn't a criticism at all! The rooms don't really come with much extra (tea, coffee etc.), just a couple of bottles of water, so best to know that before you book if you usually expect this, but we didn't so we were fine with it.
You can buy really good tea from them (maybe we timed it well as we arrived at the peak tea-picking time). The owners were very kind and let us try some, and it's really good tea - we ended up buying some.
Food was pretty good, but again they were quite busy and have specific times that food is available, and no menu, so best to check ahead with them (again, really taking into account that they were super busy processing tea when we were there). Absolutely not a problem as there are so many great restaurants around too.
TV in the room had VOD but without VIP, so if you're looking to watch movies or anything best to bring your own (including HDMI cable as our TV didn't have one).
Location excellent. Space for maybe 4 cars to park, right next to a small hill, very close to the pick-up point for the sightseeing bus to take you up to Xishan, and surrounded by lots of restaurants, B+Bs etc. so if you like coffee, there's a shop just down the road. Very beautiful surroundings - you will be shocked that you're so close to Suzhou as there's absolutely no evidence that you're anywhere near a city!
All in all, really enjoyable. Amazing price for a suite (around Y500 per night) and one of the better homestay-style places we've stayed in. Highly recommended.
