I stayed at Suzhou Zhonghua Hotel many years ago. This time I went to Tianping Mountain to see the red leaves and stayed there again with my children. I didn't expect the environment and service to be much better than I remembered. The room has been newly renovated and the hygiene is online; the service has been greatly improved. On the first day of check-in, the child slept until 4:30 pm and said he wanted to go to the children's playground. When it was only ten minutes before closing, I called the hotel to discuss it. Unexpectedly, they agreed and sent someone to open the door for us to play. Although it was charged, I was very touched and thanked the hotel. When we checked out the next day, we had already delayed the check-out to 2 pm, but the child fell asleep, so we discussed with the hotel to delay the check-out for another half an hour, and the hotel agreed again... This service is really amazing, it's perfect, it's better than a five-star hotel, it's great! !
