After checking in to the Xiangqu Twin Room booked in advance, the front desk upgraded me to a Superior Twin Room. The overall feeling was great! All details are in place, including complimentary tea and afternoon tea. When we first arrived at the hotel, it was very inconvenient that our mobile phones were out of battery and could not be turned on. When the luggage storage attendant in the lobby found out, he took out a spare charger and immediately solved the problem. He also took our luggage and led us to the designated room (I'm sorry that I didn't remember which one, thank you very much! ) The room is clean and tidy, there are complimentary sachets on the bedside table, fruits are delivered by the waiter in the evening, and there are guzheng and pipa performances in the lobby. Shiquan Street is right out the door. It is very close to Master of the Nets Garden. The night view is beautiful when you walk in the backyard for dinner!

I chose to stay at Artyzen Suzhou this time because I had a good impression of Artyzen Macau, and I saw that the hotel just opened in 2023, so I wanted to experience it. The lady at the front desk was very enthusiastic on the day I checked in, and she even upgraded me to a suite. I quickly entered the room by swiping my card. The room is large and has a strong sense of design. The overall decoration style is simple and practical. Some details are very pleasant, such as the plush slippers provided, which are perfect for this season. However, maybe because of the large number of guests during the holidays, I felt that the entire room was not very clean. From the desktop to the floor, from the bathroom floor tiles to the floor drain in the shower area, it was not the hygienic environment that a hotel of this level should have. After looking at it a little bit, The comments resonated with me, and I hope Suzhou Artchen can improve its hardware and software services so that it can truly stay and stay new.

Parking is convenient, and it only takes more than 20 minutes to walk to Pingjiang Road. There is Ye Shengtao's former residence next to it, but it has been turned into a magazine and cannot be visited. The children loved the gardens and rockeries in the park and had a lot of fun. Snowed on 2nd day of arrival, not sure if is common but is common +-0 degrees, with winds🥶🥶 Nearby amenities, grocery (7-11-like) shops, common eateries, bites, bubble teas, coffees, and restaurants. Quite good location, nearby ancient scenic sites, pingjiang street, humble administrator garden. Wary of Dec winter period though, several sites will be closed due to cold harsh weather. There's a nice looking shopping mall 环球188, near the suyue square, but is quite some distance away

Zhuhui Hotel, the first Kimpton hotel in the mainland, has been attracting much attention since its opening. This time I finally had the opportunity to stay and experience it. The whole process is also very wonderful. I would like to thank Lisa for her hard work in helping us arrange check-in. Not only did she help us upgrade to the courtyard waterscape with a great view, but she also gave us welcome fruits and desserts. Even though it was Lisa's day off during our stay, she still took good care of us. We make the whole check-in process very smooth. An excellent hotel is inseparable from the high-quality service of the staff. The staff of the entire hotel, whether it is restaurants, bars or guest rooms, are very friendly and kind. This is probably the feeling of being at home.

Housekeeping was really thoughtful. Saw that we bought bottles of water from a convenience store. When we came back after our tours, they refilled our rooms with bottles of water and left a note. Really appreciate the initiative! Location is excellent. Easily accessible. Near Pingjiang road. Fairly walkable to other Suzhou tourists spots, if not, there is a metro station nearby. Most of the reception staff dont speak english, but it was not much of a problem.

Booked deluxe room but free upgraded to deluxe suit room. It was really awesome stayed especially after tired business trip from Shanghai. The room was unexpected spacious for 2 of us. Thank you again for the great full hospitality. Makes us unforgettable pleasant trip.

If you want to visit the garden, it is a good location. There is a small round forest inside the B&B where you can take photos. The room hygiene needs to be improved. But in terms of cost performance it's okay.
