I am a guest of your's. I am very happy here. I sing highly of your service. First of all, the hotel is so beautiful. It looks like a garden. I enjoy it. Then, foods are delicious and some of them are amazing. Most important reason is that the bed is so big and soft that I don't want to get up every morning. It's wonderful here. I can't believe it that I must leave. I want to live here again if I come to this city again.

I took the elders out to play during the May Day holiday. Two days before the check-in, Xiao Yang, the hotel staff member, contacted me in advance and told me the health code and itinerary needed for check-in. It also reminded the local weather conditions in Suzhou on the day of check-in. After the check-in, we also helped us bring our luggage to the room, and introduced the scenic spots and places to eat around the hotel in detail. Seeing that there are elders in our room, they also deliberately confessed that the aunt in the room put more towels on the floor to prevent slipping. The room will deliver fresh fruits, the hotel is very quiet, and the independent courtyard can go for a walk at night. The hotel’s breakfast with chicken noodles is highly recommended. Overall, it was a good check-in experience. From no check-in to check-out, Xiao Yang provided warm and meticulous service. Later, Suzhou tourism will choose this one.

Lovely hotel, the grounds were really nice and the staff helpful. It is a large complex so there were carts to take you around. We only ate the breakfast but it was quite good. Lots of fresh food and a good selection. The drinks option at the bar was poor though. They only had beer or tea, even though the menu offered many more things such as cocktails and soft drinks. It also took them over an hour to realise they didn’t have these available which spoiled the evening somewhat. We used the spa and the massage was fantastic and the service very good. We also used the hot springs which were nice- however the receptionist was very rude and condescending. The indoor hot spring was more of a kids play pool which spoiled the experience, especially as there was a regular pool next door which could have been used for this.

Every time I travel, I must live in his house. It is a very good experience. Whether it is service or environment, it makes people linger. I will continue next time!

I brought my whole family to Suzhou for fun on New Year's Day. I chose Shangyuansu, which is not far from Suzhou Paradise. As expected, it was as good as the online reviews. It was very cost-effective. It also caught up with the New Year's Day handicraft activities. The children played with all kinds of materials. I've been here all over. The staff are very patient and responsive to all requests. The parent-child room is also very spacious. There are also thoughtful desserts when I come back in the evening. I will choose this place next time.

The overall feeling of the room is not bad, very clean, the front desk service is also very good, parking is also very convenient, the underground parking lot is not charged, the noodles for breakfast taste good, the master is also very enthusiastic, there is a chance to come again.

The hotel is in a good location, very convenient to Baima Stream and Dayangshan Botanical Garden. I like the restaurant very much. The soy milk and tofu pudding for breakfast is ground by myself, which is very unique. I would like to praise that the breakfast variety is also good. But the hotel is a bit old. However, I am writing a review today to complain about the hotel's facilities. I don't know if the room assigned to me was bad or if the soundproofing itself was poor. Can you understand the squeaking sound of someone dragging something heavy at ten o'clock in the evening? It’s really better to skip it for people who have poor sleep quality. Can you understand the sudden thought of a huge fan roaring at four o'clock in the middle of the night? In short, I couldn't sleep well, I had a headache, and my experience was immediately deducted. Also, we found out that the basin drain was clogged the night we checked in, and we even asked the master to repair it. It was also difficult to get through to the front desk phone, which made me feel deeply helpless. . . . . . . . . . . . . I gave feedback to the hotel but there was no effective response.
