Hengli Hotel is really considerate and enthusiastic. During my stay, I was impressed by the service attitude of the hotel housekeeper, Miss Jiang Yining. She introduced me from the front desk to the guest room bit by bit. The little girl who loves to laugh, her warm smile and meticulous and thoughtful service made me feel the warmth of home. The room I stayed in was spacious and bright, with a reasonable layout, which brought me an extremely comfortable experience for my stay. Whether it is a business trip or a leisure vacation, such a room is very satisfying. The bedding in a hotel is very good, with soft mattresses, clean sheets and bedding, which brings me sweet dreams every night. The breakfast provided by the hotel is varied and nutritionally balanced, combining Chinese and Western cuisine, meeting the taste needs of different guests, making every breakfast a wonderful enjoyment. In the future, Lao Suzhou will still choose Hengli Hotel.

Loving the service and amenities of this hotel. We went there during the count down weekend, we didn't manage to get our breakfast, the front desk packed 4 sets of breakfast for us as we need to rush to the train station. The hot springs were amazing too. This is by the lake, so you can actually rent their bikes to cycle along the beautiful lake.

The warm service has never left since the moment I walked in. When checking in, Xiao Zeng knew what you wanted before you even mentioned it. Xiao Zeng was beautiful and understood what you wanted. I came to Wujiang for a weekend vacation. The garden-style state guesthouse hotel that caught my eye had an elegant environment and the sound of birdsong. The girl at the front desk was dignified and generous, and her service was proactive and enthusiastic. I felt that she was well-trained and well-behaved. I have to give her a thumbs up! A young man took the initiative to lead me into the guest room and introduced the characteristics of the hotel in detail. The guest room was spacious and comfortable, with complete facilities and cleanliness. The TV broke down and the guest room and engineering staff were in place to deal with it in time. I would like to thank them again. The breakfast was good, especially the Suzhou noodle soup, which was delicious and worth recommending.

There were people everywhere during the May Day holiday, but I didn't want to stay at home, so I chose this Suzhou hotel closest to Shanghai! I checked in before 2 o'clock, which was very convenient and fast. I also gave a doll when I brought my baby! The hotel package on Ctrip, with a buffet dinner, is very cost-effective! Although the buffet dinner does not have too many varieties of dishes, it is still a ”hard product”, and each person has half a small green dragon! The rest are all-you-can-eat, and there are even red wine and cocktails😄 Manager Yin's service is thoughtful. If you have any needs, just tell Manager Yin and he will get it done immediately! The children's playground is a little small, and it's no problem for children to discharge for an hour. There seem to be more children coming to swim! The breakfast is not bad, and I like Suzhou-style soup noodles very much! The room is quite large, not only is the dry and wet separated, but the toilet and shower are also separated, and there is a cloakroom! Overall, it's a good hotel. Although there are many people on May Day, it does not affect the experience, and the price is also OK!

The lake views are stunning and the hotel swimming pool is better than most - the fact that the whole 25m depth is child friendly is a big plus for a family visit. The staff on the club floor where we stayed were kind and considerate and made our son feel welcome and I'd definitely recommend the club option if you're a family. The location is peaceful and there are lots of child-friendly open spaces nearby. On the other hand, the breakfast in the All Day Dining was disappointing as they seemed to run out of food by about 8:15. The days we were there earlier it was a good selection. If you are going as a family and are not a Chinese speaker, I'd recommend doing your homework in advance. There is lots to do nearby, but the hotel doesn't have that information available for guests.

I came to Tongli Ancient Town for a visit and stayed at Tongli Lake Hotel near the ancient town. The experience was good and I recommend staying there. Hotel features: 1) Chinese-style forest garden, lake and spring scenery The hotel park has beautiful scenery, which makes you feel comfortable. It is in the style of Chinese gardens, and there is a scene at every step. The main building is in the style of Fujian Tulou, with an arc shape and a warm color. 2) The service is meticulous and exceeds expectations From greeting to check-in to check-out, multiple service links have been meticulous. When waiting for the battery car at the door, Master Zhang from the security office will take the initiative to give you a stool seat. From the hotel gate to the security office, Master Luo will drive the battery car to pick you up and be available on call. Xiao Wang and Yuting will accompany you to participate in tea ordering, travel photography and visit the Flower and Candle Pavilion, and will also introduce the exhibition hall. Walking in the hotel, the service staff will take the initiative to smile and greet you 😊. In the era of artificial intelligence, it is rare to have this slow-paced intimacy and a long-lost experience. 3) There are many cultural and entertainment activities, and breakfast and afternoon tea are delicious. The hotel has 2 pavilions, one flower and candle pavilion and one malachite pavilion, which are small and exquisite. There are also various stone carvings and paintings in the building, and the cultural and artistic atmosphere is strong. There are also 8K ocean documentaries and small theaters before bed in the evening, which is wonderful~ Breakfast, rich in variety, there are hot spring eggs and pan-fried buns! The taste buds are awakened, and the red soup Su-style noodles are also delicious. I don’t have these dishes in other five-star hotels. The cake for afternoon tea tastes very good, it is really beautiful and delicious, and my parents like it. You can also see little rabbits, which is lively and interesting, comfortable and comfortable~ It takes about 10-15 minutes to walk from the hotel entrance to the Tongli Scenic Area. After 17:00, you don’t need tickets and you can go to Tongli to see the lanterns. Overall, my parents had a lot of fun and were very satisfied!

The hotel is beautiful, the staff are friendly. The breakfast was great too. We got upgraded to a room with a hot tub and it was amazing! The size of the room is decent and the facilities in the room are nice. The hot springs area is big and staff are also friendly. We will definitely be going back there in the near future!

The service was great. The staff was very polite and super helpful. The room was so big and comfortable. The bed was so comfy. The ambiance was really relaxing. The view was so amazing at night. The welcome snacks were a cute addition. The fridge was a good idea especially with the hot summer. The bathtub was perfection for one person but would be so nice if two people could hold. The food forbreakfast was great. I loved the variety and the buffet feature was awesome. The location of the hotel is good. It's accessible to a big plaza across the road that has many restaurants and small shops like family mart. It's easily accessible to cars, busses, taxis and if you want metro you can walk further. The pool was so clean and not deep. It also had helpful staff including lifeguards. I'd definitely book again.

It was the first time to take two young babies out for a trip at the same time. I was still very nervous before checking in, but the hotel called in advance the day before check-in to inquire about the needs and informed that there would be a housekeeper to contact, which made me feel a lot more at ease. The request to install a fence was also noted and prepared in a timely manner. Arriving at the hotel in advance, the housekeeper Yu Ting was already waiting at the front desk and had reserved a room for us in advance. Ctrip customers helped upgrade the lake view room. It can be seen that the housekeeper had communicated with the front desk. After checking in, the housekeeper introduced the hotel's facilities and equipment in detail and sent us to the room. It was very considerate. After checking in, the two babies were very happy. I took Dabao to swim and play in the water, and took Erbao to several parent-child parks with the hotel (with slides, building blocks, and cassia seed sand digging). Last weekend, it happened to be windy and rainy. The two babies could have activities to consume in the hotel, which was really good. The outdoor train was also started in time when it was not raining halfway. I communicated with the housekeeper and exchanged the adventure park in the package for a train ticket so that adults and children could experience the train. In general, the hotel has been open for a long time, and the facilities and equipment are indeed not that new, but fortunately the service is still quite good (including butler communication before check-in, welcome fruits, various thoughtful reminders after check-in, turndown service at night, and small gifts upon check-out). It is quite suitable for parent-child and family travel without particularly high requirements. Next time, I will probably choose to bring my baby to experience it!
