The room is very clean, the linen and toiletries are good, the room price is not expensive, there is an art collection behind the hotel, the environment is very beautiful, the exhibits inside are also very artistic.

The room was clean and tidy, the service staff were very friendly, and the breakfast was good! The hotel is right in front of the subway, and across the road is the shopping mall, which is convenient for traveling and eating! Most importantly, there is also a laundry service, which is great news for families with children!

When I was choosing a hotel in Wuzhong District, Suzhou City on the Ctrip app, I suddenly found a newly opened Atour Hotel in 2024 with no ratings! I chose New without any hesitation! After a 20-hour stay, my personal objective evaluation is ”new”! 3 5 points and 1 4 points! Objective evaluation is to compare a new hotel that has been open for less than 2 weeks with a hotel that has been in operation for many years. It is unfair! The 48 yuan Atour breakfast makes me feel like it’s a 68 yuan product! 👍 Although some service details of the hotel still need to be improved, the busy figure of the general manager can be seen at different times and in different places... Details determine success or failure! I believe that under the leadership of this professional manager who has been in the industry for 20 years, he will definitely build this new Atour hotel into the best Atour hotel in Suzhou! 👍👍👍👍👍

Did not meet expectations. Building has issues. -Rooms had temperature issues that the AC could not handle, Hotel tries to handle this with curtains and a paper notice (see picture. With the curtains closed Room was 35°C at check-in in winter because the room was on the sunny side). -Lack of hot water for the shower/bath in the evening, hotel said it has trouble handling peak hours (and they weren't even fully booked). -Shoehorn dropped in the middle of the night, waking us. Hanger is a double sided tape variety. -Other obvious maintenance issues like the electrical socket being misaligned, and the toilet seat having bad gearing in the smart toilet. -No decaf coffee available in the room, the staff said there is none (did not even know what it was). Normally with this brand of coffee the decaf is in blue packets. -Breakfast was mediocre at best. Pretty standard mainland fare. Line to the noodle stall was excessive, and for everything else the quality was lacking. On the positive side, the pool and the sauna were satisfactory. Good parking too. Firm bed for those who like it. Staff was fairly responsive despite, although Chinese is helpful. And for one of the 3 rooms booked we got an upgrade (although all of the negatives above still apply)

The hotel is in a great location in Suzhou because the subway station is just block away. The subway entrance is besides a big shopping mall, which has restaurants and a Starbucks. The hotel has free breakfast and gym to workout. Yes, I would recommend this hotel and would stay again.

Great place hubby and i always stay here when we’re in SND.The reception staff can speak some English.Good location there’s a supermarket in the Emerald City mall and a whole lot of shops and restaurants nearby!

The room was ok. It was a bit thin, a bit cold at night, and the air conditioner was too dry. The bathroom floor drain smelled a bit serious. The most important thing is that the room is an independent on-hook air conditioner. Do not use the central air conditioner during the epidemic. I thought it might be noisy at night with the Hu Taoli next to it, but it was actually very quiet in the room, and I couldn't hear the sound outside. I read novels until midnight without any noise. The buffet breakfast is also good. When checking out, the front desk also gave the child a bottle of Coke. The overall stay was pleasant.
