Hotels near Suoshan Park in Suzhou

Did not meet expectations. Building has issues. -Rooms had temperature issues that the AC could not handle, Hotel tries to handle this with curtains and a paper notice (see picture. With the curtains closed Room was 35°C at check-in in winter because the room was on the sunny side). -Lack of hot water for the shower/bath in the evening, hotel said it has trouble handling peak hours (and they weren't even fully booked). -Shoehorn dropped in the middle of the night, waking us. Hanger is a double sided tape variety. -Other obvious maintenance issues like the electrical socket being misaligned, and the toilet seat having bad gearing in the smart toilet. -No decaf coffee available in the room, the staff said there is none (did not even know what it was). Normally with this brand of coffee the decaf is in blue packets. -Breakfast was mediocre at best. Pretty standard mainland fare. Line to the noodle stall was excessive, and for everything else the quality was lacking. On the positive side, the pool and the sauna were satisfactory. Good parking too. Firm bed for those who like it. Staff was fairly responsive despite, although Chinese is helpful. And for one of the 3 rooms booked we got an upgrade (although all of the negatives above still apply)

We had a really nice experience here. The staff was very polite and helpful. The room could be a little more spacious. The staff cleaned the environment well...The Breakfast though needs more Western style variety. The hotel is located close to a shopping mall and there are eating options there. Its also near a Lawson which is very convenient for daily small purchases.

We booked several nights at this hotel then kept adding more! It’s like a house! Such a lovely room right in the middle of a shopping mall with great western food all around. Value for price was fantastic! Will definitely stay again when in Suzhou!

Overall a great hotel, rooms were dated but they were a good size, very clean and comfortable. Not a great location if this was your first time to Suzhou as the places of interest were all about a 20 minutes taxi ride away. There is a mall just minutes away from the hotel with many options for food.

The hotel is in a great location in Suzhou because the subway station is just block away. The subway entrance is besides a big shopping mall, which has restaurants and a Starbucks. The hotel has free breakfast and gym to workout. Yes, I would recommend this hotel and would stay again.

Great location for me 15- 20 mins from the railway station and close to the industrial area. Room are spacious , great shower, good breakfast . Staff super nice and helpful. Housekeeping is really busy guess a bit understaffed at the moment For amenities unfortunately gym was under renovation and I booked it for this .. was a little disappointed but would deffo stay here again . Hope it’s finished next time Can order outside food delivery for dinner or there’s a Starbucks and a noodle place around the back of the adjoining building to the hotel .

The service attitude of the hotel is very good. When I checked in, a young lady poured me tea. I gave it a thumbs up! Went to the guest room and it was very clean and hygienic. The equipment and facilities are also very new. I slept well that night! A great hotel experience! !

The room was very nice,clean. Service was great, I brought my both over 80‘s parents with me. They got pamppered and welcomed everywhere we went in this hotel. Lovely lobby located at the 46‘s floor,modern and contemporary. Great place for photo shoots.Gym Is Open 24 hours, entrance is easy, self-service just Scan your room card. Swimmingpool open 7:00am till about 22:40pm,just be polite and give them 20minutes to clean and tidy up,though they said open till 11:00am. Breakfast have lots of choices. There are rice noodles and noodles,dimsum,spring rolls, fried dumplings,local cusine such as:青团;发糕, stir-fried dishes。Cold dishes and cereals and yourghts. Fesh fruits. They have soyal bean milk, as well as normal milk. about 4-5 different juices. Coffee made to orders. They will bring your choice of coffee to you. The service is about 6star. Especially little details such as if you need any extra towels ,you can just dial operator. They will immediately bring to your room. Surrounding by shopping center and malls, make eating out easier,plenty choices. Overall this is a cost-efficient, great five star hotel for families even with elderly.

Very satisfied, very clean and sanitary, the air conditioning is sufficient, very quiet, not noisy, and the beautiful lady at the front desk even extended the stay for free! The attitude is very good, not bad, not bad

The hotel environment is good, clean and bright, with complete supplies, the front desk and waiters are warm and thoughtful, and the transportation is convenient. It is just next to Huaihai Street. It was a good experience.
