The Ritz-Carlton in Suzhou was not amazing at first glance, because the lobby was not beautiful. But I was very satisfied with its service. First, I upgraded my room to a suite and enjoyed the executive lounge treatment. I am a hotel lover, and the upgrade opened up a beautiful itinerary. Here I would like to comment on their dining, which is great. The executive lounge can enjoy free afternoon tea (pictured later) and dinner (pictured later). This is really a great effort, and it is definitely not comparable to other executive lounges. Then I would like to praise their service, from the front desk reception, catering service, and room service. It really makes you feel at home. When I checked in, I didn't expect their general manager to personally help me carry my luggage. It was a great honor. I will stay here again if I have the chance.
