I was very satisfied with our stay this time. First, Joyce contacted us in advance to inquire about the check-in time and help us arrange it! On the day of check-in, we also received various inquiries, which made us feel the warm service. The hotel has a good environment and is very suitable for parents and children. We rented bicycles for free at the hotel and rode around the lake with the children. The breakfast service was also great. The children thought the bread was delicious and even packed some for us. It’s also good to walk around the surrounding attractions, and you can also drive to Xishan Island for a spin. At the end of check-out, the children were given a doll as a gift. The children were very happy! Very satisfied with this stay

‼ ️Strong recommendation for families and businesses in Zhangjiagang‼ ️This is the place where I have seen the most types of eggs, tea eggs, hard-boiled eggs, smooth eggs, egg rolls, single-sided omelette, double-sided omelette🫡🫡 Service: I arrived at 8:30 in the evening on the 22nd. The manager on duty at the front desk spoke highly of him. He was very nice and checked in very efficiently. After checking in, he called the front desk to deliver some water very quickly. The smart little robot was cute. The check-out speed is also very efficient, and the deposit is refunded very quickly~ Facilities: A newly built 5-star hotel with perfect hardware and soft furnishings. The 24H gym has a high floor and a spacious layout. The temperature is just right in winter and it is not stuffy. Breakfast: View from the 39th floor of the skyline. There are many types of buffet breakfast. I love the salt water broccoli. Haha. The chef at the bread stall is very enthusiastic and can’t wait to help me bake bread😂

The free hanfu experience was disappointing. There was no enthusiasm or any attempt to promote the services. Initially I was keen on the add-on make-up experience but did not have the confidence to take it up seeing the lack of motivation from the service staff, who were busy on their phones most of the time. We had breakfast at the Rui noodle house. The food was so-so compared to everything else we tried in Suzhou. However i am rating Pan Pacific 5 stars as the above are not directly controlled (I assume) by the hotel. The hotel’s service staff were warm and helpful. They arranged for a room with a fantastic view of the Panmen Scenic Area. Also, we received a surprise dessert/birthday treat in the room with a sweet note. Derrick at the front desk was especially helpful and proactive with solving a payment issue we had with food delivery and arranging for late checkout. Thank you! We also appreciate the tickets and access to the Panmen area. It was super lovely to enjoy all it had to offer at a leisurely pace without the crowds at some other scenic areas. All in all a wonderful stay and we would be most confident to recommend Pan Pacific Suzhou to family and friends.

Polite front desk clerk. Room was OK, kind of average but no complaint. Window glass was unbelievably dirty that you don't want open the curtain even sunshine was beautiful. What really surprised me was breakfast. Food was obviously not matching Shangri-La brand equity. Maybe it was due to weekend promotion but no idea. When we arrived the table was not ready. I waited for the table yo be cleaned. A young lady came with tablewares. Before she did any cleaning she dropped the tablewares on the table and then about to clean. I asked her why she did that before cleaning. She realized something and moved the tablewares to a chair (CHAIR!) which is another surprise. But the best part has yet to start. She used a mop to rub on the table. I could see some food residues turning into paste and spreading on the table. The rest was wiped off to carpet...! Can you believe? How did you guys train and qualify new staff before the start working? I complained to the manager. Fortunately He understood and and cleaned the carpet. Shangri-La was one of my favorites. Hope it will continue to be.

The hotel is well located in the heart of Gusu district. There are many busy streets around with clothing stores and restaurants. The hotel itself is large. The check in was pleasant, as was checking out. There are some English speaking staff if speaking Chinese is not possible. We stayed in the Premier Queen room, which was completely fine. Comfy bed, working appliances. The only issue was that the tap in the sink was leaking for our whole stay. We probably should have brought it up. The pool is nice, a 5th floor open deck area. Unfortunately, it is only open after 4:30pm. They have a pretty decent gym, as far as wanting to exercise while staying in a hotel goes anyway. Fair to say we would gladly stay again if we chose to go back to Suzhou.

The room was very nice,clean. Service was great, I brought my both over 80‘s parents with me. They got pamppered and welcomed everywhere we went in this hotel. Lovely lobby located at the 46‘s floor,modern and contemporary. Great place for photo shoots.Gym Is Open 24 hours, entrance is easy, self-service just Scan your room card. Swimmingpool open 7:00am till about 22:40pm,just be polite and give them 20minutes to clean and tidy up,though they said open till 11:00am. Breakfast have lots of choices. There are rice noodles and noodles,dimsum,spring rolls, fried dumplings,local cusine such as:青团;发糕, stir-fried dishes。Cold dishes and cereals and yourghts. Fesh fruits. They have soyal bean milk, as well as normal milk. about 4-5 different juices. Coffee made to orders. They will bring your choice of coffee to you. The service is about 6star. Especially little details such as if you need any extra towels ,you can just dial operator. They will immediately bring to your room. Surrounding by shopping center and malls, make eating out easier,plenty choices. Overall this is a cost-efficient, great five star hotel for families even with elderly.

The hotel is located very conveniently at the Xinghai Square, having access to the subway, being very quick at the several high speed train stations or the freeway. The staff is super friendly and very very helpful in Lamy cases. The hotel itself hat aged and you can see it, nevertheless the staff always do everything to help you enjoy your stay as much as possible.

The nearest subway station is Suzhou Bay East Station on Line 4, but most people still choose to drive there. There are plenty of parking spaces here. 🌟Highlights and features: The biggest feature of the hot spring hotel must be the hot spring.
