It was our second time back at Park Hyatt and it did not disappoint. We arrived on a Friday afternoon and we were warmly greeted at the front. While we were finalizing our check in, the staff took our bags and set it up in our rooms. We tried the breakfast for the first time (complimentary) and it was amazing. Their selection is too class and they designed it so that food is not wasted. We also went to the swimming pool and it was a great time. They think of everything. Like always, everyone greeted us whenever we were in the main halls. This hotel will always be my to-go. Huge thank you to William at the front desk and Naomi in the dining hall.

Did not meet expectations. Building has issues. -Rooms had temperature issues that the AC could not handle, Hotel tries to handle this with curtains and a paper notice (see picture. With the curtains closed Room was 35°C at check-in in winter because the room was on the sunny side). -Lack of hot water for the shower/bath in the evening, hotel said it has trouble handling peak hours (and they weren't even fully booked). -Shoehorn dropped in the middle of the night, waking us. Hanger is a double sided tape variety. -Other obvious maintenance issues like the electrical socket being misaligned, and the toilet seat having bad gearing in the smart toilet. -No decaf coffee available in the room, the staff said there is none (did not even know what it was). Normally with this brand of coffee the decaf is in blue packets. -Breakfast was mediocre at best. Pretty standard mainland fare. Line to the noodle stall was excessive, and for everything else the quality was lacking. On the positive side, the pool and the sauna were satisfactory. Good parking too. Firm bed for those who like it. Staff was fairly responsive despite, although Chinese is helpful. And for one of the 3 rooms booked we got an upgrade (although all of the negatives above still apply)

I recently stayed at the Novotel Suzhou SIP, located conveniently by the beautiful Jinji Lake in Suzhou Industrial Park. The hotel is perfectly situated with easy access to cultural landmarks like the Suzhou Culture and Arts Center, Moon Harbor, Eslite Bookstore, and major shopping areas such as Shin Kong Place. Additionally, its proximity to the Cultural Expo Center metro station makes it an excellent choice for travelers. During my stay, I was deeply impressed by the professionalism and attentiveness of the front desk staff, particularly Cathy. She went above and beyond to make sure my check-in process was smooth and my questions were addressed with care. The room was spacious, well-equipped, and had a modern design that added to the comfort. I also appreciated the hotel’s wide range of facilities, including the indoor heated swimming pool and the on-site dining options, such as the Gourmet Bar and the Chinese and Western restaurants. Overall, my experience at Novotel Suzhou SIP was exceptional. The combination of its prime location, excellent amenities, and outstanding service makes it a top choice for anyone visiting Suzhou, whether for business or leisure. Highly recommended!

Pros: Very good location for walking around Pingjiang road. Very handy Suzhou train station pick up service, would recommend utilising for anyone arriving by train. The room was spacious and the bed really comfortable. Cons: bathroom had a bad smell emanating from it. There was quite a lot of construction happening while we were there, started around 7am and didn’t finish until after midnight. Would recommend bringing ear buds. Shower pressure was ok but not amazing. There is also no elevator so you will need to climb one flight of stairs to reach the rooms which are all on the first floor.

We chose this hotel specifically because of the Assyrian exhibition. The room is big and clean, and the breakfast is delicious. I especially like the Suzhou specialty noodles with small river shrimps and vegetarian chicken rolls. It is very close to the Suzhou Museum West Pavilion, about 600 meters away, and can be reached within 15 minutes on foot. It is very good.

The room was extremely warm, 30 min after setting the AC at 18C the room temperture only dropped to 25C. Was reported the hotel reception. Rather than fixing the issue they sent a fan to the room. How can the fan bring down the room temperature. The same was reported to Trip.com. After repeated efforts and several trips to the hotel reception around 9pm they change my room

Everything was great. Just next to metro station and food street. Receptionist was helpful and they allowed us to use the washing machine and dryer to get our clothes washed.

The room service is very good. Everyone is very friendly. There are fireworks on the first day of the Chinese New Year. When I asked to pack a breakfast to take back to the room, the restaurant staff agreed. It was very warm. I ordered takeout and the hotel waiter specially delivered it to my room, saving me from running out to the front desk to get it. This is better than many five-star hotels in Shanghai. Come to Orange Sky Golden Harvest in Suzhou Bay to watch a 360-degree movie show. Booked the 4th. This relatively new Vienna hotel is near Yuexi Station of the subway branch line. It feels newer than Vienna next to the subway station. When checking in, there was a coffee machine and various summer teas nearby. As soon as I walked into the lobby, I felt that the hotel was grand. The room size was just right, but it felt quite bright. The room faced a small road and the sound was relatively quiet. There is a similar garden opposite the hotel, and the environment is good.

Facilities: The B&B is the renovated innermost building in the Yuhua Road villa complex on Dongshan Island. It has a swimming pool and the best thing is that there are bicycles for free use by guests. On Dongshan Island, which is crowded with people during holidays, the most comfortable way to travel must be a bicycle. It is very exciting to ride a bicycle to overtake the cars that are jammed during peak hours. Environment: The signs are very good. The first time I drove there, I didn’t take the wrong road at all. I arrived at the door of the B&B without stopping. Even at night, there wasn't a single light on the road from the security room to the door, which was really a bit scary. The location is quite good. The Yuhua Scenic Spot is 800 meters away. After breakfast in the morning, I went to climb a mountain and came back to take a shower. I felt refreshed.

There is a big gap between the picture and reality. The villa is relatively old, the air conditioner inside is very loud, one of the mattresses is collapsed, the seat and sofa skins have fallen off, and the hygiene of the public areas is not optimistic. The swimming pool is very small, and there is no water in the room after the pool is discharged. The boss is very enthusiastic and the service attitude is very good. Worth recommending is the Guanfenglou farmhouse next to it. The dishes are delicious and affordable, and the proprietress is also very enthusiastic.

Patiently waited approx. 1-hr delayed of our arrival at Water Town Entrance affected by heavy traffic, 4. A good location to explore around Water Town, 5. A helpful Mingshu Owner (Jack) who helped to book Cab via DiDi for next destination, 6. Jack also helped to transport luggages & backpacks along with his fast responses to Inquiries, 7. Good thing is the bed comes with Electric heated mattress layer on top of thick Mattress to keep warm for Winter season, 8. This Mingshu is highly recommended
