Our overall stay at Park Hyatt was definitely memorable. The service was wonderful, the staff were helpful and kind, the facilities were exceptional. I would like to mention Betty, Shaw, Adolph, Vivian and Nick for being such amazing staff! Betty and Shaw made sure we received complimentary cake and wine in celebration of our anniversary. They were so responsive with our questions and are always ready to help. Adolph and Vivian assisted us with checking in and reception. We can’t speak Chinese well but they communicated with us in English which made our stay even better. They also helped us book our dinner reservation. Nick was the manager at apartment 208 where we had dinner. There were complications at first but Nick was able to handle everything well. He was also super kind and respectful. Our stay was almost perfect except for the fact that there was another guest who was blowing his nose, coughing and spitting in the pool which was a turn off for us. We decided not to use the pool anymore. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for couples, friends and family who need a wonderful staycation.

The hotel has a loft-style design with many eclectic screens that can be seen everywhere. However, it did not meet my expectations for this brand - M Social. I did not feel any social connection. Although I received a call from the Guest Experience Manager before my arrival and provided an arrival time, there was no welcome upon check-in. The check-in process was easy, but the room was very simple with no outstanding features that I can share with you on Ctrip. The key issues are that the air conditioning did not warm the room, the combination of the bathtub and shower was not very convenient, and the bed mattress was too firm. The lobby was also too small. The restaurant did not have too many choices, but it was okay for me, if they could add more gym food and fresh juice with less sugar that would be better.. For M Social no feel the social

The hotel is very conveniently located, very close to the Jinji lake and the shopping mall, lots of places to eat nearby. The room was spacious and bright. A nice bathtub, welcome fruits. The pool water was warm and clean, without the specific disinfectant smell. However there was no bathrobe, slippers, toothbrush etc provided for the kid, even though we stayed as a family and the receptionist clearly saw a child when we were checking in. I had to go and ask for them myself.

The location is good. There are places to eat in a row at the door. The service is good. The receptionist Shang Ni is gentle, quiet but very enthusiastic. The breakfast is also good. Each room in the hotel will provide a parking ticket for the designated parking lot every day. This is great for people with cars. It's quite convenient and the room is quite clean.

My daughter did a summer sports camp at the Olympic Center so this location was amazing. The bus and metro are easily accessible. I love the corner space just wish my room had chalk for the chalkboard and legos for the lego wall for the kids to use them. Breakfast gave us a good selection of food daily. I can also go to the movies within walking distance. There are outdoor play areas as well. It is attached to a mall that has great food, play areas, and shopping. If we do the camp again I would definitely book it!!

We have been staying at Somerset Baitang for already three times, and have been so impressed we keep coming back. The rooms are quiet, the beds very comfortable and the apartments spotlessly clean. The hotel is located close to the subway in SIP and travel to various locations in Suzhou Industrial Park or the old town is easy and convenient. The hotel has a nice buffet breakfast and is located next to a large nice park and opposite a shopping mall with several decent restaurants. The best feature of the Somerset Baitang is its staff. I cannot praise them enough as they found our younger daughter's favourite stuffed animal after she had forgotten it buried in the bedlinen. Wendy Wang and her colleagues spent a day checking the apartment we stayed in and finally located our daughter's toy in the hotel laundry shop and sent it back to us. We were all so happy and cannot thank the team enough. We will be back!

Accommodation: A newly opened hotel in 2023. There is no decoration smell. The sound insulation is very good inside and outside. There are enough lights. The bedding is made of pure cotton and a fiber pillow and a neck protector are standard. The bath towels are of good quality and the bath products taste good. Service: The person who received me was Han Rong. She was very friendly and spoke softly and politely. C in was convenient and she would proactively provide various conveniences. Parking: underground, suitable for shopping malls, sufficient location, direct access to elevators Shopping: There is a small shopping mall downstairs, which is very convenient for food and use. Transportation: Within 2km of the Olympic Sports Center, it belongs to the Jinji Lake Scenic Area. It is very convenient to get to the Suzhou Center, just take the tunnel to get there.

A hotel with great value for money, I have been with many friends around me. I will stay in a group for the hairy crab season next year. Parking is still free. Even the security is very good. Breakfast will be quietly hung on the door. The decoration of the hotel is also I like the style very much, the scenery outside the window happens to be the Olympic Sports Center 🚗 Transportation: It is about 10km away from Yangcheng Lake, it is very convenient to drive 🧹Hygienic: It’s great that everything is brand new 🍃Environment: The residential environment is very good, a proper high-end community 🔔Service: Very good service

When I arrived at the hotel, there was a live butler to receive check-in, and I specially upgraded the deluxe city view room! Very angry! The first feeling of entering the room is that it is big, bright, clean, and comfortable. Standing in front of the floor-to-ceiling windows to enjoy the scenery, I really feel that I have earned it! Great value! ! ! The butler also very enthusiastically informed that there are items in the room during the stay that you need to contact at any time.

Overall, I really like this kind of hotel-style apartment when traveling with my boyfriend. The location is very good. It's very close to Jinji Lake. I just made an appointment for a cruise to see the scenery on the lake. Behind it are shopping malls for shopping, eating, checking in, and entertainment. The room environment is good, very modern, and very hygienic. Clean and refreshing service is also very good. The room facilities are great. There is a refrigerator and a washing machine. It is very convenient. The transportation is convenient. People who eat, drink and have fun nearby also booked it after reading the reviews. I was really not disappointed after arriving at the hotel.

As soon as I entered, I felt the atmosphere of home. I especially like a few aromatherapy flavors. The multi-sensory healing city view is really open. I stayed for a whole night and my mood improved. I was downstairs and prepared to visit often. Hahaha. Very enthusiastic and polite. The only thing that is not a good experience is that there is a dish in the pool of the cooking place. It may be that the previous resident has not cleaned it.

The hotel is beautiful, the rooms are new, clean, and the bedding is comfortable. However, the air conditioner outlet in our room made an abnormal noise, which made us unable to sleep well all night. There are big hotels around and no snack bar, which is inconvenient. The scenery is beautiful, the greenery is good, and there are cruise ships. It's a bit far from the subway station. It's only a kilometer walk. It's too hot in summer. It’s also inconvenient to watch a concert. But parking is available, it is free along the outer roadside, and there is a fee in the underground parking lot.
