I'm so glad I booked this amazing hotel! The location is absolutely fantastic – it's incredibly close to Pingjiang Road and Chang Street, just a 5-minute walk away. Plus, there's a great craft beer bar only two minutes on foot. I genuinely love this hotel so much that I would definitely return to Suzhou just to stay here again. Our room was also perfect: very spacious and spotlessly clean. The front desk staff were exceptionally friendly. They even went the extra mile, reminding us to take an umbrella when it rained and kindly lending us one.

The location is excellent as it is near to 2 scenic spot 七里山塘 and 观前街. There are a lot of restaurants nearby with reasonable price. The staff are very friendly and helpful. They helped with the luggages, with delivery and etc. There are 3 washing machine and 3 dryer in the laundry room for the guests to use.

The hotel boasts a fantastic location. UniPark is nearby, offering plenty of dining options. You can easily walk or take public transport directly to Shiquan Street for a pleasant city walk. Both bus stops and subway stations are conveniently close, and getting to Jinji Lake by metro is also very convenient. Suzhou University (Suda) is in the vicinity, making it a great option for families with high school-aged children. The hotel staff were incredibly warm and welcoming. They proactively called us beforehand to provide important travel tips. Any requests we had were promptly addressed. Upon check-out, they even thoughtfully prepared cooling patches for the children and provided complimentary drinking water.

The room was exceptionally clean, and the traditional garden-style architecture was truly captivating. Our duplex room was impressively spacious with plenty of room to relax, and the beds were neatly made. The owner was incredibly kind and welcoming. The drinks offered here are delicious and very reasonably priced! Plus, they can be delivered right to your room, which was incredibly convenient. It was quite hot during our stay, so we especially appreciated the complimentary sour plum juice and mint water provided to guests – a truly thoughtful touch that made our experience superb. We even asked the owner for ice cups for our cocktails, which she happily provided – fantastic service! The guesthouse is conveniently located by the road, close to various attractions and convenience stores. On either side, you'll find authentic local eateries serving delicious snacks like Shengjian for breakfast. Both the Humble Administrator's Garden and Suzhou Museum are just a five-minute walk away. It was perfect to be able to retreat to the comfort of our room for a break when the afternoon heat became too much.

The hotel's location is absolutely perfect, situated just across a small river. It's quiet and peaceful, yet perfectly central – just what I needed. The entire place is clean, hygienic, and elegantly furnished. I would definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit because it's so incredibly convenient. The young lady at the front desk was also exceptionally friendly and welcoming. Thumbs up!

The room was spacious, and the tatami was wonderful. It was perfect for sipping tea while sitting on the tatami and looking out the window at Pingjiang Road. The view was stunning. The front desk staff was very friendly, responsive, and welcoming. The hotel is centrally located, just a few dozen meters downstairs from Pingjiang Road, making it very convenient. There are many attractions nearby, including the Humble Administrator's Garden, Lion Grove Garden, and the China Kunqu Opera Museum, all within easy walking distance. Downstairs is a street offering convenient shopping and dining options, with cheongsam-style shops and traditional Suzhou cuisine everywhere. In short, the location is perfect for everything! I absolutely loved this hotel! Everything was perfect from check-in to check-out. The rooms are spotless, the facilities are great, and the front desk staff were super kind and helpful. Couldn’t ask for a better stay!

My guesthouse experience in Suzhou this time was simply perfect! The moment I pushed open the carved wooden door, I was instantly captivated by the classic Jiangnan-style courtyard with its whitewashed walls and dark grey tiles. The lush greenery and gentle trickle of water created a picturesque scene, truly making it feel like stepping into a Suzhou garden painting. The room itself was elegantly decorated yet incredibly cozy. Solid wood furniture paired with embroidered bedding exuded Jiangnan charm in every corner, while modern amenities and high-quality toiletries added thoughtful touches, making me feel truly cared for. The host was incredibly warm and welcoming, not only providing a hand-drawn map of local attractions but also recommending some hidden gems: a local Pingtan teahouse and a time-honored noodle shop that locals cherish. Mornings were spent enjoying tea and the view on the terrace, and in the evenings, a leisurely stroll to Pingjiang Road took just ten minutes. Its location, a peaceful oasis amidst the hustle and bustle, was simply unbeatable! I wholeheartedly recommend this place to anyone who wants to immerse themselves in Suzhou's laid-back lifestyle.

This is a tranquil courtyard retreat amidst the hustle and bustle. While its location is in a very touristy area, it's an unparalleled choice if you're here to experience Hanfu in Jiangnan. Pingjiang Road itself is quite pleasant, definitely better than Beijing's Nanluoguxiang, as at least 90% of the shops are genuine local businesses. Initially, seeing all the vibrant qipao styles made me feel a bit out of place, and I almost considered moving to the Niccolo the next day. However, realizing that all the famous old Suzhou cuisine restaurants were nearby convinced me to stay. My booked 'Elegant' room was essentially a larger room, but I received an upgrade during check-in, which was great, especially being on the third floor. The public area on the first floor had a somewhat aged, old-house feel, but the upper floors were much better. I was genuinely surprised and impressed by the Bvlgari White Tea toiletries. The slippers had a very distinctive Jiangnan aesthetic, and the housekeeper even gave me a new pair to take home!

This time, I stayed at Mo Keyuan from August 14th to 15th. When I was choosing a hotel, I was quite surprised to see Mo Keyuan had nothing but glowing reviews. After staying there, I realized that both its facilities and service are indeed exceptional. **Ambiance & Location:** In terms of its location, it's merely 50 meters from Pingjiang Road, and within comfortable walking distance of Humble Administrator's Garden, Lion Grove Garden, and Suzhou Museum. It's also nestled in the same alley as the famous Zhuo Lin Li Tang Zhou (a traditional dessert shop), just 20-30 meters away, and shares an adjacent alley with Couple's Retreat Garden. This geographical positioning is simply superb! The hotel itself is a numbered private garden with five interconnected courtyards, boasting exquisite rockeries, ponds, and bridges. Its design is incredibly intricate, offering distinct scenic views with every turn. Guanhuatang, a key hall, is the central room in the innermost of these five courtyards. The front desk is located in the first courtyard, exuding an antique charm. Upon entering the second courtyard, you're greeted by a misty, ethereal atmosphere, providing a refreshing coolness on hot days and adding a wonderful artistic touch. The third courtyard houses the banquet hall, while the fourth and fifth are dedicated to guest rooms. In reality, this compound is far more complex than it appears, with the unique asymmetrical structure typical of Suzhou gardens revealing many delightful surprises. **Cleanliness:** Everywhere I looked was impeccably clean. Unlike other Chinese courtyards I've stayed in, at Mo Keyuan, all areas (except guest rooms and staff offices) are openly accessible. Furthermore, the furniture inside is exceptionally well-maintained and clean, giving the impression that they are actively used daily. The rooms were subtly pre-scented with incense, and the bathrooms were also spotless. **Facilities:** Mo Keyuan boasts comprehensive facilities, offering both dining options and captivating Pingtan (Suzhou storytelling and ballad singing) performances. Guests can enjoy these performances for free, held in a charming small hall in the second courtyard, which serves as both a restaurant and a performance venue. The performance hall is very well-equipped, featuring background projection and automatic stage curtains, truly showing great attention to detail. Furthermore, before checking in, I was somewhat concerned about security. However, upon arrival, I found that the visitor and guest areas are effectively separated by access control, ensuring both privacy and safety. **Service:** The service was incredibly attentive. The butler was always ready to answer any questions and had an excellent, friendly attitude. Every staff member had a great service attitude and was remarkably patient. Due to a last-minute change in our itinerary, we only decided quite late that we wanted to have lunch at Mo Keyuan the next day. However, the butler arranged it perfectly, and we got to savor the Squirrel-shaped Mandarin Fish and Crab Roe Tofu we had hoped for. The hotel's shuttle service was even more convenient, saving us precious time and effort when visiting the Humble Administrator's Garden, Suzhou Museum, and Lion Grove Garden. We also had the pleasure of meeting the garden owner this time, who was very approachable and clearly poured their heart and soul into managing this exquisite garden. **Daily Pingtan Performance (2 Tickets):** The Pingtan performance was excellent. The young lady sang beautifully and spoke with such gentle grace; experiencing the 'Wu Nong Soft Language' (Suzhou dialect) live was truly delightful. The performance also included complimentary Biluochun tea and homemade mung bean cakes, making it a truly enjoyable experience. I'm extremely glad I chose Mo Keyuan this time. My only regret is not being able to stay an extra night to spend half a day simply wandering around the garden, sipping tea, watching the fish, and relaxing – that would have been utterly tranquil and perfect.
