The room was clean, very comfortable, and the staff was great. They went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Suzhou.

If you want to save money, I recommend this hotel. Its located in SND, it's very clean super clean. There's wifi available and its next to a bus stop if you wnat to save more money and not spend much on didi or private taxis. Its alos beat line 5 subway station. If you dont wnat fancy hotels and wnat to dave your money and you dint care about the view you will see from your hotel widow I recommend this hotel. I used this hotel when I went to suzhou to transfer to a new school. If you big on saving costs go to this hotel and its foreigner friendly. They know how to acckmade foreigners. I have nothing bad to say thank you

The room and bathroom are good and new and clean. Great room just like the pictures. However , the bed is hard (not a soft mattress). In addition, the acoustic of the room is terrible and you have hear everything in the hallways and in the rooms around. For light sleepers this can be difficult or frustrating. But if your priority is a nice room, it indeed is. There is no elevator but it is only one floor up, so keep that in mind if you have heavy suitcase. There is a KFC right around the corner and convenience store to buy snacks and water too. Congratulations to the hotel, wish them success

When I saw the shop sign, I thought I had stepped on a landmine 🤣, but when I got to the second floor, it was unexpectedly good. The decoration style of the hotel is similar to that of a homestay, simple and stylish, the rooms are clean and tidy, and the service is warm and thoughtful, which is suitable for tourists like us.

The bed in the hotel is so hard, it's like sleeping on a wooden board. The soundproofing is so bad that even a fart can be heard outside. You can hear people ordering takeout and swiping their phones in the middle of the night. It's obvious that the good reviews are all fake.
