酒店前台的服務太差了，房間衞生間頂漏水，是上面一層的下水道漏水，房間一股味道，給前台反應點了外賣，沒有辦法吃飯，她讓我在房間裏面用餐不影響，我説能換個房間嗎？沒有反應，後面等工程師傅過來維修，不確實什麼時候能修好，給前台哪位女士反應，態度太差了才換了房。入住時告訴她我預計要入住一個月，結果續住第二天發現沒有房間，問她她説是夜班新來的，沒有預留雙床。我在她家住了很多次了，第一次遇見她家前台這種服務，今天要續住，我去拿新房卡，結果她讓我把舊房卡給她，一定送到前台，我説那我怎麼進去，她不説話了，換完房，我把房卡給送下去，哪種愛答不理的態度，真的無語。以後再也不會選擇她家酒店了了，就因為她一個人。
