The hotel is quite easy to reach, metro lines available nearby. The sign is clear, you cannot get lost. Close to so many tourist attractions starting with the hanshan temple down to lingering garden and shantang street. The service is amazing and security is amazing. The room was big and clean and just top-notch design. Best thing is for safety, no smoking and they even have an emergency route for people staying in well marked and easy to follow. Also has fire extinguisher in the room. The view is amazing, i had a wonderful time and sleep at this place. Oh and they have a robot for room service when you order things they get delivered to your room by the robot

The overall accommodation experience is poor
1. There was a smell of cigarette smoke as soon as I entered the door. When I turned on the air conditioner at night, it smelled even more like cigarette smoke and dampness. The next morning, I could still smell the dampness in the toilet. It was so hot that night that I couldn't turn on the air conditioner to sleep.
2. It is very noisy. You can hear people talking downstairs clearly. It is hard to rest at night because of the cars whizzing by.
