房間不大，勝在乾淨，工作人員温聲軟語，衞生阿姨見到人就打招呼，笑臉引客服務意識強！早餐也很nice 可步行留園 西園寺 寒山寺，離其它姑蘇景區打車幾公里路程，還是挺方便

位置優越，交通便利，位置很好繁華，出行方便，門口有停車位非常方便，距離景點很近，步行就可到達:留園，西園寺等景區，剛好一天的行程，十分方便。前台小姐姐非常不錯，效率高，周到，很專業。房間採光好，明亮，安靜，衞生很乾凈，床墊很舒服，浴室出水快，水温好，房間整理，強力推薦。

房間還不錯，沒有臨馬路，晚上除了其他客人説話的聲音以外倒也沒別的聲音了。提供的水好喝，離西園寺挺近。但是有個期望，酒店能賣咖啡飲料是不是也可以賣日用品，比如女性衞生巾，這很重要！

十分温馨的酒店，服務人員從前台到保潔阿姨都非常熱情，對客人有求必應。特別是小夥子小巨表現出色。酒店距離很多景點都很近，有停車場，早餐豐富，此次入住了六天玩遍了蘇州，住在安靜乾淨的漢庭酒店十分滿意。

離西園寺很近，房間很大，設施完備，但是入住的時候房間裏有一點煙味。前台服務很細心也很貼心，服務態度很好。整體而言還行，但味道衞生這點可以改進。

3月15一19日，入住漢庭酒店桐涇路店，還是第一次入住連鎖酒店，以前總認為是臟亂差，但入住後，印象很好，在價格不變的情況下，給安排了背街安靜的房間，房間不大但設施完善，裝修很好，沒有異味等。前台和服務員也很熱情專業，房間瓶裝水4瓶，不夠還多送幾瓶。早餐也相對豐富，吃得可口。酒店離幾大知名景點也很近，交通方便，總之十分滿意。
