The hotel is located approx 2-3km to all major destinations such as Suzhou museum, shantang street, ping Jiang street. A short cab ride to anywhere. Nearest metro station is Beisita.
The room is clean with partitioned toilet (cabin-like). Room is spacious. Cleanliness of the hallway and overall of the property has to be improved. Staff are all polite and helpful.

Perfect hotel for its price. Stuff is super friendly! Location is great, close to the famous gardens and streets, it’s convenient to get to the lake, too. Suzhou railway station is across the bridge, takes 10 min walk.

The soundproofing is poor, and you can hear people talking outside when you sleep. The location is very good, and it's close to everything to do, but the soundproofing is too poor, causing me to waste a lot of time sleeping instead of playing. Also, the hotel is quite old, because it used to be the old Hanting, so don't think it's new just because it opened in 2023, it's just because it changed its name
