The hotel is located right at Ping Jiang Road, however it took us awhile to find it as you have to enter a small, rather hidden alley.
It could be a little inconvenient if you are carrying large luggages as you have to go through stone-paved paths to get to the hotel. Car is unable to reach directly in front of the hotel.
Despite of that, the hotel crew has 100% excellent services! They helped us with our luggages to get to the hotel and also our room that is located at the 3rd floor, as there is no lift in the hotel. Even on the day when we checked out at 5am! They are always there when we needed help. Whenever we sent a request, they will come to our room within 2-3 minutes!
We are truly grateful with the wonderful service!

Huazhu Suzhou Qiantanghouyuan is right in the Pingjiang Road scenic area. The environment is great. We booked 2 rooms. The room service lady and brother were very enthusiastic.
