When I opened the refrigerator in the lobby, there was a foul smell, and it was full of leftovers from who knows when. I can only say that neither the boss nor the staff treated this B&B with care.

I brought my kids here to play, but unfortunately the twin beds were fixed and couldn't be moved. Fortunately, there was a small platform next to it to prevent the kids from falling off. But the service is average. I created a service group, but I asked for a quilt and waited for an hour but it was not delivered. My child was about to fall asleep, and another waiter came to ask if I wanted a quilt, but the quilt was not delivered yet... I was speechless...

I have stayed in so many hotels, including business trips and travel with friends, this is the worst hotel, really no one! The price of our room during May Day is more than 1,400, almost 1,500. For this price, you can choose a very good five-star hotel in Shanghai. But when we arrived at this place with friends and kids in the evening, we found that there were no entertainment facilities at all. We wanted to have a drink, but there was nothing, really nothing! But even so, it would be nice if the environment was better. but! This hotel cannot even guarantee the most basic cleanliness! The corridors were full of flies and when I walked into the room, there was a terrible smell that belonged to a Vienna hotel! The walls were dirty and looked like they had never been maintained, and the curtains were falling off. The most exaggerated thing is that there is nothing in room 1,400, you can see for yourself. There is no TV, no projector, and no telephone in the room. Everything feels bad! In the middle of the night, a smell of cigarette smoke came in through the crack in the door. The 1400 package includes breakfast, but it is really inedible and there is not even any milk! I don't know how this hotel can get such a high rating! This is just a small hotel! For 300 yuan, you can go and experience the environment. If it costs more, it won’t be worth it! Don’t be fooled!

The room is really not that good at this price. Both the facilities and decoration in the room are no different from the rooms of 200-300 yuan. The water pressure and temperature of the shower are not high enough, and the sound insulation is not good. There is a campsite and not much else to say.

The environment is pretty good and pet-friendly. The room is not big and the hygiene is just average. What's more frustrating is that I can't find anyone at the front desk. I always get no response or a reply very late after adding WeChat. Generally, B&Bs will contact guests in advance and ask from time to time if there is anything they need or if they need the room to be cleaned. This is the first time I've encountered such a basically disconnected store😅
