Worth the stay and service was really great. The fee paid for this hotel is really worth it. Upon reaching the hotel, you already have people ready to welcome you to the concierge. Checking in was a breeze. Hotel facilities and amenities was great. Room cleanliness was top notch, location was great and staff service was excellent. Would 10/10 choose this hotel again if I’m ever back in Suzhou. And this time, to just wind down and spend an entire day in the hotel.

The hotel is clean and cosy. Staff are friendly. Superb environment! Close to many tourist attraction. It’s also a pet friendly hotel. Highly recommended!

The hotel is at the centre of the city with walking distance to all major attractions. The design of the hotel echos the garden philosophy of Suzhou as shown in the photos. The staff at the hotel are all very friendly. The manager looking after my stay is Cherry. She is responsive and kind,  from the smooth check in to helping me book and reschedule my dining time.

Fantastic hotel all around.
One of the best hotels Suzhou has to offer and perfect blend of traditional Suzhou architecture with modern design.
We loved our room and the staff were very helpful, gave us a late check out when I informed them my partner was suffering from food poisoning.
Plenty of amenities in the fridge and the hotel gym is one of the best I’ve seen in China let alone Suzhou.
We loved the breakfast as well as the bar that’s just around the corner from the lobby.
Can’t wait to come back to Suzhou and stay here again.

Absolutely amazing stay—one of the best hotels I’ve ever been to! The modern take on Suzhou gardens was the original reason why I booked this place and it did not disappoint! Got a surprise upgrade to a larger room with a serene backyard, perfect for soaking in the tub with open backyard door enjoying Suzhou’s incredible January weather (a treat coming from much colder climates). The staff were super professional and attentive, and the WeChat concierge service (shout out to Vickey!) was so helpful. Cannot recommend this place enough, it is a must stay if you're ever in suzhou!

This hotel beautifully blends modern elegance with traditional Chinese design elements, creating a serene and visually stunning environment. Traditional features, such as pagoda-style roofs and subtle nods to Chinese aesthetics, add a unique and authentic charm. The spacious rooms, complete with balconies, make it an ideal retreat for guests seeking a perfect mix of comfort, style, and cultural immersion.
What’s even better is the complimentary high tea and morning coffee served to all guests, adding a touch of luxury to the stay. The front desk staff are exceptionally friendly and helpful, with special thanks to Rainbow (our WeChat conversation), who went above and beyond to assist my family. She selflessly used her own Didi account to help us book a car to Pudong Airport, making our experience truly memorable. We’re incredibly grateful for her dedication and kindness.
