It was our first time to Suzhou, and we chose to stay in hengli hotel. The first impression was impressive, luxurious lobby and beautiful design. We kind of love the environment here. There is one hotel manager assigned to service us, I remembered her name is 冠玉冰. I must give a thumbs up to her services, she answered most of our enquiry and always check with us if we need any assistance daily. Our room view is stunning! We enjoyed seeing the sunset everyday. Definitely will come back to stay here again.

Hengli is truly a definition of a 5 star hotel. In every aspect, the service, facilities, location, housekeeping and extra services provided we are truly happy with the exceptional quality provided. Right from the time we arrived, during our stay and checking out, the experience was excellent. The sunset view and the laser show from our 38th floor room were also some of the highlights. Thank you for the fresh fruits and porridge during our stay, it was really thoughtful. We truly enjoyed our weekend stay here. This will one of those truly memorable place where we will reflect with fondness.

I can’t have the words to describe how friendly and helpful the persons who work there are (from the lobby until the cleaning lady) Such a nice stay. The room was so very clean, the bed was amazing and the gym/pool area was more than 5 star hotel. What a new, and chic hotel is. I will for sure be back. Thank you so much.

Good for traveler, not close to Suzhou center but near outlets

Amazing hotel, service is very good you get your own personal housekeeper who can arrange everything, mine was Zhang xiangting very nice.

An established hotel with great service from all staff, with special mention to Kobe. We were given the room on the 38th floor with an amazing lake view 😍 Love the use of technology. The toilet seat is automatic which makes it more hygienic. Some things are also delivered by a robot. My girl had fun in the bathtub and loved the free soft toys. Gym is huge. Hotel breakfast also has a wide variety. There was even free fruit platter and green bean soup for supper 👍🏻 A lovely stay and highly recommended!

The buffet dinner is rich and delicious, very distinctive: there are many varieties of fresh fruits, super sweet oranges, delicious local melons, and sugar cane; there are cooked drunken crabs, drunken clams and drunken razor clams; there are rice dew and osmanthus wine. The buffet breakfast is also good. It only takes a few minutes to walk to the "Suzhou Bay Grand Theater". I will choose it next time.

As a hotel enthusiast, I would like to make a few suggestions for reference: First, the content of the hotel's catering service activities during the festival is out of touch with the actual implementation method, and all employees should be trained to know! Bathroom supplies should be replaced in time. The rubber strip under the shower door is broken. The handheld shower head cannot be inserted into the seat and face forward. I don't know how to adjust the night light setting in the room, either all off or all dark. The small refrigerator must be opened by someone. Service is a stack of details, I hope you can do it!

After reading the reviews online, I finally chose Hengli Hotel, which is located by Suzhou Bay Lake. It didn't disappoint me. The new hotel opened in 2022 is high-end and classy, ​​with excellent hardware and software, and superb service attitude. The guy at the front desk was very enthusiastic. When he learned that I was on vacation for my birthday, he immediately upgraded us to a lake view room and specially decorated the room. The beautiful Taihu Lake scenery was in full view, and a birthday cake was also given; the housekeeper Miss Kou was meticulous and responsive; the restaurant also gave longevity noodles, the waiter was very professional, the breakfast was rich, and the waiter not only gave disinfectant tissues, but also hot towels, which was heartwarming! In the evening, we also caught up with the occasional opening of the musical fountain. The spectacular musical fountain feasted our eyes and we had a happy birthday!

The hotel has a superior location and advanced facilities. It also offers a free upgrade to the lake view room, with an unobstructed view of Taihu Lake. The evening buffet is also very rich, and it provides a one-to-one butler service (Kou Yubing), which is also very thoughtful👍

Hengli Hotel is really considerate and enthusiastic. During my stay, I was impressed by the service attitude of the hotel housekeeper, Miss Jiang Yining. She introduced me from the front desk to the guest room bit by bit. The little girl who loves to laugh, her warm smile and meticulous and thoughtful service made me feel the warmth of home. The room I stayed in was spacious and bright, with a reasonable layout, which brought me an extremely comfortable experience for my stay. Whether it is a business trip or a leisure vacation, such a room is very satisfying. The bedding in a hotel is very good, with soft mattresses, clean sheets and bedding, which brings me sweet dreams every night. The breakfast provided by the hotel is varied and nutritionally balanced, combining Chinese and Western cuisine, meeting the taste needs of different guests, making every breakfast a wonderful enjoyment. In the future, Lao Suzhou will still choose Hengli Hotel.
