HENGLI HOTEL

A highly recommended hotel. I have seen many recommendations of Marriott hotels nearby, but the hotel of Suzhou's richest man is really nice, full of details, and very friendly for traveling with children. The hotel is located on the edge of Suzhou Bay, next to Suzhou Bay Grand Theater, Museum and Digital Art Museum. It takes 5 minutes to walk to the lake, or you can ride a shared bicycle around the lake. The scenery is nice. There is a musical fountain at night, which is really friendly for walking children. The hotel service is very good. I brought my baby to check in and gave him a doll. Our housekeeper (Kou Yubing) was very considerate and answered all questions! There are children's toiletries, and the bed has a baffle. The room lady (Cheng Wenxuan) helped to install it and added a piece to the other side of us very considerately. Good night porridge and milk will be delivered to the room in the evening, which is great. There is an amusement park on the first floor. It is not very big, but the baby has a lot of fun. I didn't have time to experience the swimming pool and handicrafts on the fifth floor. I hope I can experience it again next time.

I usually don't comment on hotels, but I have to give a big thumbs up to this hotel. The front desk service was very good. The front desk upgraded the room when I checked in late at night. The room was very spacious and the hardware was complete. The details were more attentive than other hotels. The view was very good. When I woke up and opened the curtains, I could see the scenery of Taihu Lake. It was great

The room has a good view, is clean and comfortable, and the mattress and bedding are very comfortable. The candidates slept well every night during this period. In particular, the hotel's service is very considerate and thoughtful. The room has a corresponding housekeeper. My housekeeper is a gentle and beautiful lady, Kou Yubing, who will inform us of the required good night porridge and the required time in advance every day. Because the candidates arrived at the examination room early and the restaurant had not yet opened, they also specially prepared breakfast for us in advance, which was very touching! During the period, I also troubled the lady to print the review materials, which were quickly printed and sent to the room. The lady also specially sent a blessing cake, thank you so much! The staff in other positions of the hotel are also very good and enthusiastic. Hengli Hotel makes people feel very warm! I will come again next time! I will also recommend friends to stay.
