This was a very comfortable homestay for a family of 4. This spacious unit had 1 bedroom with a queen sized bed, while the other queen bed was in the hall. Nicely air-conditioned. There is a small kitchenette and a washer / dryer.
There are a couple of shopping centres close by. There is a metro stop about 350m away.
You have to contact the owner by WeChat and he will give you the instructions on how to check in. He was very responsive and made our stay exceptionally comfortable.

We came for a race. Hotel was practical given the location of the starting line. If here for tourism this might not be the best location. It is spacious service apartment.

房間很乾凈老闆很熱情，車子要停到大樓後方停車場收費有點小貴不過夜間免費，拖鞋和紙巾質量都是家用的非常好，加了88元升級一個湖景套房窗外風景非常漂亮；金雞湖逛了-誠品書店逛了-豬油拌飯超級好吃，蘇州真的值得留念

這幢樓貌似有很多家不同品牌，超市旁邊的TOWER3才是公共的大廳，進入大廳電話聯繫商家下來接待；比較喜歡這個户型，客廳在中間卧室在兩側，再也不用擔心我爸的呼聲了
