The most basic hygiene has not been done well. When I first checked in, I found that the toilet had not been cleaned at all and the walls of the toilet were dirty. After changing rooms, I found that the mouthwash cup had not been cleaned at night. There was toothpaste residue on the inner wall and the cover of the bedside tissue box. There is also very sticky dirt. There is a lot of scale on the shower head. I don’t know whether it is impossible to clean it or it has never been cleaned. The retainer is very loose. You have to hold the shower head when taking a shower, otherwise it will slowly fall down. The service attitude is nothing. As I said, I just checked out after staying for one day, and there’s not much else to say😅

環境一般吧，主要我的房間的窗户被大半個牆擋住了。酒店的位置太好了 ，距2號地鐵平瀧路東站 2#口非常近，但是我找到這家酒店卻花了不少時間，所以不能完全相信“高德”，酒店在“盛博廣場星天地”的四層，初次去要注意觀察張望，“瓦舍”標記還是挺多的，瓦舍茶館和瓦舍酒店是一家。酒店最方便的出入口在人民路以西的臨河小路上，四周商業發達，乘地鐵方便。酒店規模不小，還提供免費洗衣烘乾服務，這點絕對不同尋常，正好我風塵僕僕地準備回家，免除了回家洗衣的勞動。

整個酒店裝修是新中式的風格，房間門頭有小柵欄，很好看，房間內部有投影儀，但是不提供會員，裏面視頻軟件是愛奇藝，房間臨街，如果睡眠有障礙的人可能會不舒服，我是在前台拿了耳塞，睡的特別香，最值得好評的是服務，我們晚上去入住的時候非常累，前台小姐姐給我們拿了泡腳桶和艾草，早上起的晚要趕路，早餐也有打包好的（見圖片），很貼心（後兩張是我拍的蘇州，湊三張圖）

民宿在盛博廣場4樓環境挺清幽的，早餐品種不多，但新鮮乾淨；有免費洗衣服務，房間不大有煮茶的器具，對面是萬達廣場附近吃得很多，公交地鐵就幾步路，外面是一條大路口，睡眠不好的還是挺吵的。

必須給個大大的好評！這次在蘇州瓦舍的入住，徹底顛覆了我對傳統酒店服務的認知。凌晨5點趕高鐵時，想着吃不到酒店早餐了，沒想到老闆主動問還沒吃早餐吧，接着就快速給我打包了三明治、牛奶和水果，讓人感到心裏暖暖的。
更感動的是後續服務！退房後才發現把重要文件忘在酒店，聯繫酒店時已做好補辦準備，沒想到老闆親自視頻核對物品，當天就用順豐特快寄出。這種超越商業契約的人情味，在如今標準化酒店行業裏，真如珍珠般珍貴。
從新中式庭院裏搖曳的竹影，到客房案頭那盞手工蘇綉枱燈，每個細節都透着江南雅韻，但最動人的還是那份「把客人當家人」的用心。若説蘇州是「人間天堂」，瓦舍便是天堂裏最温暖的驛站——不僅用空間承載旅人疲憊，更用真誠熨平所有意外帶來的褶皺。這樣的酒店，值得成為每個旅人的姑蘇第一站！
